Do yourself and your family a favor and never, ever hire this den of vipers known as Wisselman Harounian & Associates PC.
The lead partner Jacqueline Harounian will throw you under the bus when you need her the most, never return your phone calls after you have paid her their god awfully large retainer of $10, 000, and then she will pawn you off on some know-nothing idiot of an Associate Attorney named Lloyd Rosen, who looks like he was lobotomized with a fork.
He always has his mouth open and spit and drool falls down on his shoes - yes, he is THAT stupid.
This law firm bills itself as a “Family Law Firm” but in reality all they excel at is stealing your hard-earned money, adjourning your hearings for a year or more while consistently increasing their bill at $450 per hour, never notifying you of important decisions and developments on your case, flirting with your ex while you haplessly think they are having a “conference, ” abandoning you and your kids when you need them the most, leaving to you to make major legal decisions because they refuse to do the legal research for you, and all in all, completely and totally ###-###ing you all the way to the bank.
These cruel, cold, and heartless snakes do not care about you, your case, your children, or whether or not you live or die.
They are the exact opposite of the word, compassion.
Please do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction of these ### lawyers and tell all of your friends to avoid them like they are syphilis.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The above complaint and comment is totally and 100% correct. Whatever ### this law firm has paid for on the internet with their fake online reviews, one thing is for sure - these people don't care about you or your case and all they will do is delay and adjourn your case for years while billing you $500 an hour, and doing no work for you. Finally when the date of the trial is literally upon you, and you are in the middle of the case, these Jewish mother###ers will present you with an astronomically huge and inhumane bill (like $30, 000, no joke) and give you only a few days to pay it, or they will abruptly and cruelly drop your case in the middle of the trial. And they won't give a ### if you are facing jail-time or whatever, these heathen mother###er pieces of ### will literally throw you to the wolves and let everyone else pick up the pieces, totally ###ing you over in the process. I could not agree more. Hiring Jackie Harounian was the biggest mistake in my life. I have nightmares every night because of and about her. I lost everything because of her gross incompetence. It seemed as if Ms. Harounian has no legal training or experience whatsoever. A clerk at a grocery store would have been more effective. Ms. Harounian simply does not know the law nor how to present a case. Once you sign her retainer you will be humiliated beyond belief at this nightmare circus act and say goodbye to your kids forever. I can not possibly warn people enough of this horrible attorney.
Terrible. From owner to partner they know how to drag out a case and do nothing. 3 years nothing moved. Im paying more than my share of expenses but WH is in no rush. They will drag you through the coals and waste all your money. Slow, missed deadlines, always last minute or late on filings, inaccurate and just money grabbing lawyers. Promises the world but they can't close or keep their promises. Total waste of time and money. Poor legal representation and from what i heard through other professionals (not just other lawyers) that they are not respected in the court system which is probably why im getting screwed.
Same thing happened to me. Jackie and Lloyd Rosen are incompetent liars. They ruined my case and lost me a lot of money. Lloyd is totally self medicating.
Agree with all the reviews above. Lloyd Rosen knows nothing about the law and did a horrible job on my case.
Find a more educated firm that is interested in more than just taking your money
I had the same experience with Lloyd Rosen. He was definitely on something and was so incompetent at trial. He came in multiple days suffering from “dehydration”, and he lost me a lot of money. He really should be disbarred.
I have good reason to believe that Lloyd Rosen was on mind numbing medication during my trial. He is a weak and pathetic attorney that was dominated by opposing lawyers.

I agree with these comments. These lawyers are so incompetent, they should be disbarred. Lloyd Rosen and Jackie Harounian are such weak and ineffective attorneys. They should never be hired by anyone. All of the reviews they have on their web site are fake. Lloyd is the weakest and most incompetent attorney. He got vital evidence thrown out and showed up to court on some mind numbing medications. He should be disbarred.

Spot on review. This is the worst law firm on Long Island. Jackie and Lloyd are not only incompetent-they are money grubbing liars. They lost my case by their own incompetence.
