This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

This fake establishment charges for various courses and then disappears. The website is down, no way to access the course which was supposed to be delivered online, no response to emails or phone calls. They claim to be internationally recognised, which is rubbish, pure nonsense, a LIE! They claim their courses are accredited but they're not. They took my money and then disappeared. Total scam! Does anyone know where to complain about them and try and get my money back? Please advice. Any help will be greatly appreciated. The courses aren't cheap but most of all they scammed hundreds of not thousands of people so far. This must stop.

Can’t believe this clown has been allowed to get away with this for so long. I hope they both get slammed when they get sentenced.

He’s definitely got some front, ripped off so many people and driving around Norfolk in Ferrari’s, Bentleys, Range Rovers and Lamborghini’s without a care in the world, while changing his name to try avoid getting caught! The judge won’t like that at all!

I’ve been doing my L2 L3 with FitLearn, seemed legit at the time when I signed up. Completed my L2 and nearly finished my L3 and now I won’t get either certificates or qualifications. Can not believe this has happened. Anyone else in the same boat? How do we go about getting compensation. Can’t believe how easily fooled I was, it look seemed so legit and I had support, emails were answered quickly and everything seemed so professional. Any help or advice would be appreciated, a years worth of stress and work all gone down the drain along side the 800 quid I paid for both courses. Heartbroken.

Absolutely fuming with this whole situation! I had 1 thing left to submit and had to email the support email given to ask a couple of questions - no response. Have now just had an email stating that instead of giving us until the 1st July 2019 to complete anything the date has been brought forward and there's now no access to the student portal or anything. The website however still states the 1st July. Very very disappointed and have no clue on what to do now!

****WARNING - MASSIVE SCAM****

Sadly the two people who were running Fitlearn day to day have admitted to money laundering scams and fraud. The male had 14 previous convictions for similar matters. The new director (a family member) also has a previous conviction for a huge scam. The company's original director (another family member) has gone on to set up further online companies. The same virtual registered address in London is used for all. By searching Companies House you can see a LONG history of dodgy looking companies being registered in the same address by these lot. The so-called 'liquidator' appears dubious to say the least. Amazing how much info you can find from digging articles and Companies House records.

We have a Facebook Group called 'Fitlearn Scam Victims.' https://www.facebook.com/groups/886088298393274/

I am in the same position. Having completed my level two and level three qualifications, but haven’t received my level three certificate.
Bloody joke honestly. I’ve tried to get my money back, but doesn’t seem like it is possible.
Please let me know if anyone has any success, I’ll continue to try different avenues.

Neil Debenham, still living and conning people in Norwich https://www.facebook.com/NeilDebenhamBusiness

Jamie Playford the liquidator was part of Parker Andrews based in a place called Norwich which liquidated some of Neil's other companies and is linked to the accountants Aston Shaw, they're all in on it - google the link between them all.
