Horizon Fitness review: Fraud

I ordered a tread from Horizon in Dec 2020. The tread never came so I cancelled it in Jan 2021. The tread was to be financed by the finance company on the Horizon website. In the cancellation email it said they have notified the finance company of the cancellation, which they never did. All this time the finance company has been taking money from my bank account monthly. They make you do auto pay when you apply. I have spoken to Horizon maybe 25 times over the past 15 months, who admit they failed to notify the finance company but then said last week they finally did, however they did not. The finance company tells me this is common practice with Horizon. they bill people for products that were cancelled and never delivered. They owe me over 1300 dollars at this point. They tell lie after lie. The finance company said we can do a three way with Horizon which Horizon won't do. they are thieves. Do not not not use this company. This company needs to be shut down and the thieves put in prison
