Hautekidz review: Very unprofessional debtors

This company directors and owners (two ladies), Cindy Ler and Phoon Hui Leng came to discuss to engage our business services to create a E-Commerce website, including emails and hostings. They made us spent more efforts to redo the first time we submitted a ready E-Commerce solution to them as indicated they are not fussy as long as neat and professional looking. Then they started to pick faults. So we spent more money and time to redo and submitted a finally say yes with a finished E-Commerce website to them. Along the way, keep demanding and asking for changes to be perfect. With start, they paid only a 30% deposits. Our invoices indicated pay in 60 days as we completed our job before that. But they refused to pay up and gave nonsense reasons that they mentioned till they get their claims from PIC they will pay us. So we asked them, " Applying PIC success or not should not be related to us? As this is a separate issue. Are you saying if you do not get claim from PIC you will never pay?" They said no no no. Then change topic to pick fault again. So we gave them another 5 months and final reminder and told them we will take legal action. They simply ignore and didn't even bother to reply. So we place their website down and put a warning to all. They sell kids clothes, toys and educational stuffs. The creditability of these two are simply not trustable. So beware of dealing with them. By the way, the amount balance is less than 10K SGD and they drive cars, live in better than HDB place. Oh, one of them is a insurance agent if recall correctly, Cindy Ler is a AIA insurance. Careful if you make your insurance purchase and saw her name.
