H D Supply review: Poor Service 2

I began my project with my initial purchase of over $10, 000, and more transactions to follow, by now in the last 3 month I have spend over 25, 000 at your San Fernando Location, let me begin by telling you how upset and dissatisfied I am with the entire organization, from service to professionalism to a complete lack of passion and the desire to manage the store to servicing their customers to an absolute zero loyalty...
Except for my first 3 to 4 visits, which were service wise acceptable, and from then on, it has been a living hell, by then it was too late to stop going to your store, since the majority of my materials have been either ordered or already purchased.

And trust you me, if i could tear down the house and return all i have purchased from your organization, i would have done it with a heartbeat. But it's never too late, many projects to come and many friends and contractors to inform of the complete disappointment i have witnessed at your San Fernando Store... what a shame.

I thought they were only rude when I returned few items i have either purchase as extra or items i no longer needed, but the opposite is also true, they are as rude when you also make a purchase...

My very last experience i had at H D Supply store on 11.23.2012 I left the store, and just wanting to barf on my way out... the attitude and the service are of complete disgust.

I drove 2 miles to Home Depot, they welcomed me with open arms, Just to give you an Idea, I have remodeled the entire house which was stripped to bone, New Plumbing, Electrical, New Roof, Stucco, Drywall, Insulation, Central Air and Heat, Paint, Texture, So when is all said and done, i have spent the last $90, 000 at Home Depot...

I will never do business with HD Supply and will never recommend them to anyone...
