Green Home Systems review: Solar installation

I regret dealing with Green Home systems, Northridge, CA
Very poor phone system. You cannot get a call back in any reasonable timeframe.
The employees work remote. The business address does not accept certified letters.
I signed contract on 4/22/25 but they did not send me the plans for my solar installation nor filed plans at my country building office as they said they would.
When I did receive the plans on 6/30/25, they had placed 8 panels on a north roof surface, no good for solar generation. Had they sent me the plans in a timely manner, I could have caught this. There were other errors also despite my sending them architectural plans for my house plat.
The project manager person they assigned me quit and they did not assign a new person.
Very frustrating experience.
