google *king g.co/helppay# ca. review: unauthorised transaction

On Jan 20th 2019 my credit card debited of Rs.6200, where i dont have any knowledge of the transaction and i am not authorized, no proper mechanism to approach google merchant everything is optiinal, and no option to express our concern and after complaining one automated message will come saying we will not refund, felt this is one new way to fool people in India.

We have to take this to cyber court with our concern or OTP how can company debit our account.
