I have purchased multiple jessica hall books. They are no longer in my library. I have spent hundreds of dollars purchasing these books. There is also no history of the purchase showing in the purchase history any more.
I reached out about a different book and was informed that as long as I don't delete the books they will be available in my library.
I have also confirmed jessica hall no longer had a contract but approved the company leaving her books online that were purchased.
Country of complaint: United States
Desired outcome: Either my money back or the books returned. Since I will need to purchase from else where.
