Getursoftware.com Baku AZ review: Anti virus prgram scam 13

I got "hit" with this virus yesterday afternoon as I as working yesterday from my home office. I spent 6 hours trying to delete the program. I am very computer literate and there was no way around it but to pay the mf's the $49.99, which turned out to be $80 on my credit card. I am disputing the charges, my bank CHASE, will reverse the charges. I have full documentation the getursoftware.com is a bogus scam. I knew it when I got it - they deliberately infected my computer, my internet and my hundreds of work documents and spreadsheets on purpose, knowing darn well I would have to purchase their program to get rid of the virus's and move on.

Again, file a dispute with your credit card and bank asap. I am also going to report this to the Better Business Bureau as well.

Same thing happened on Feb 1. Blue screen came up and I couldn't get into my firewall or anything else for that matter and was unable to delete this program. I payed the monies in order to get my pc working again. When I found the name that was charged to my acct. as getursoftware.com instead of the System Tool that was initially shown, I went into the website and found all of these complaints. I cancelled my bank card like so many of you did but the icon is still on my computer and I fear that this bogus company will attempt to hack into my pc again. I think this should be taken up with some upper communication personnel to get these people who are doing this.

i purchased spyware antivirus once and you took my money twice and i haven't heard from you anything i suppose to get the software by now, is it you or your company fraud who wants to take a money from the ordinary people like us?and i have started my investigation with the bank.

it haoppened to me this morning- i had to pay $99.99 to stop the warning sign from appearing and i tried to use Avast but to no avail, so the only option was only to pay for the anti-virus which in reality was the rogue virus itself. Download the Malware anti-virus - it is the only one that removed the icon from appearing and also the one that deleted it from my files. I also went to the bank to report the payment and that it was all a fraud / scam but i think it is useless. I have printed pages that show that System Tools / Get ur software is a scam / virus - fingers crossed we get the $100 dollars back !

It happened to me also. I paid $49.99 amnd got charged $79.09 = this company is a fraud and gives you nothing for your money. ChASE bank won't help me and I'm afraid they will take money out of my account again. It is happening to a lot of people I know.. BEWARE of this company... They suck

This happened to me as well. The blue window popped up and we couldn't do anything on the computer and it gave that scary warning that the computer was infected. I paid $79.95 and there is nothing on the computer, no contact information on this company and I looked this morning and my bank card has been charged again. I cancelled my card to insure that it does not get charged again and reported the claim to the bank. This is disgusting! BEWARE of this company. It came up on my charge as Interactivesoftware - it doesn't even give you the name BAKU. It took a lot of research to figure it out. I am so angry.

This happened to me twice.Like all of you, I tried everything and when nothing worked, I was forced to click the button. It offered a one-time payment for a year and discount at $9.90. It wasn't much so I clicked the button and gave my credit card number. Three days later, it happened again. The beehive like blu and red window covered my entire screen and i could do nothing. I clikced also my antivirus and it removed 2, but the blue-red thing remained. Again i clicked the button and filled in the details. I realized that this was a fraudulent business of some computer money-greedy wizards so I looked for the icon and deleted it. I searched for the supposedly software, but no such thins was downloaded or installed. since then, it never happened, and I was glad.
Howeve, I got my credit card statement today and P8, 885.22 pesos was charged to my account. INTERACTIVESOFTWARESHO BAKU AZ got $99.90 on March 8, 2011 for March 4, 2011 incident and SOFTWARE4SALE BAKU AZ got another $99.90 for what happened on March 7, 2011. the $9.90 was changed to $99.90!
Can anyone do something? I need my money back. This company that goes by different names should be caught!

They ripped me off for a 100. 70 for a anti virus for my computer

I have the life warranty with your company since this january. I have a new desktop computer and having a lot of virus.
