So, I got a DNA test from Genex Diagnostics for my ancestry in March or April 2022
So, I got a DNA test from Genex Diagnostics for my ancestry in March or April 2022. But, it's been a long time and I still haven't got the results. I asked for my money back because I think they didn't even do the test. But, they're not answering my messages.

When I got in touch w customer service they sed 2 give it 6 weeks cuz covid causing delays in shipping. On Oct 18 2020 I asked 4 a refund usin their form n fax number. It was never got supposedly. They refunded $310 of my original $510 but why keep the other $200? The test was never shipped n collection never arranged. I shudnt hav 2 pay $200 4 nothin. We r a fam on a fixed income n get food stamps n Medicaid. These funds r from a disabled child's SSI account so she wud finally know if she was our biological grandchild or not as she was abandoned by both parents. This is so wrong I just don't hav the words.

I got an alcohol intolerance test from Genex Diagnostics on Sept 29, 2022. It's now Nov 9, 2022. I got the test pretty fast (in a week) and was happy with how it was delivered. But when I opened it, it said I had to "activate my kit" and I couldn't find the code. I asked the company (they got back to me in a day) and they said I didn't need to activate it for this test. That made me mad because I spent almost 2 hours trying to figure it out myself. They should just update the instructions. Anyway, I sent the test back with my sample and I'm still waiting for my results. It's been almost 6 weeks. They say it takes 4-6 weeks, but they should have said that on the website when I bought it. I needed the results for medical reasons and I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it would take this long. When I try to see my results on their website, it says it's not safe and someone might be trying to steal my info. That's why I'm writing this. I don't think this is a real business. I've never heard of results taking this long and I'm not happy with their service.
