I was referred to this company by the owner Sandra Meek, I thought. I went into the office to fill out my application and start my first day of work. I was greeted by a very rude woman by the name of Jacqueline Meek which called herself the branch manager. She stared at me from head to toe, since I am a biracial 59 year old woman with a strong mortgage background that has worked for many financial companies I asked for the application. She immediately told me they were not hiring and she didnt know what I was talking about! She refused to give me the application and told me not to comeback until I have made an appointment with her not through the other lady. I have never been treated so badly. I just want to let other people out there know that this Global Empire Mortgage company is not race friendly to african amercians since I was dressed in office attire and tried to be overly nice this is the only thing that could have been wrong with me... I am still searching for employment to this day... Maybe it was for the best the building there looks really rundown and they were dressed so unprofessional.
