Floodcheck Corporation review: The guy didn't want to replace the hose

I bought flood check hoses with the adaptor for my washing machine from Floodcheck Corporation. The plumber came to install it and noticed that there was the same amount of threads as on the previous one. He told me to change it and I emailed the seller. This man was rude with me and said to visit the nearest shop and search there. Seriously, why did I waste my time with this company? This man is useless and unhelpful.
