Dear [protected]@G: My mother Monica Nesbitt has been trying to do a full withdrawal of policy # L9259153 since June of 2025. She has filled out all of the required documents that has been sent to her. They were returned by you on October, 28th 2025. She then received a letter stating that you had received the power of Attorney documents, and the full distribution forms, but were unable to process the request, and saying the enclosed affidavit is required? We sent this document to you already! and you told us that you have received it now you're saying we need to do it again this doesn't make any sense? Monica Nesbitt is in assisted living, and can’t see. This confusion on F&G part is causing her health issues. Her heart condition: Angina is being aggravated. This money is needed for her continued medical care. I called about a week ago and was told F&G had received all the paperwork but it was being processed and that the processing takes 10 days well it's been 3 weeks, and still we have no open service request, and the operators will not discuss this with me? Even though I have submitted the Power of Attorney Documents, twice as you requested…and it is included again attached. We need to resolve this matter immediately and send my mother her distribution check. We are ready to upload this letter to the complaint board/https://www.complaintsboard.com/fidelity-guaranty-life-b134475#c1503938 Do we need to contact the state of Nebraska and California and New York insurance commissions? I’m happy to contact them and have them assist us in this matter If this matter is not resolved immediately. We will be also be contacting our legal counsel, if my mothers funds are not in her bank account expediently.. Thanks you for your time and we look forward to a speedy response to this matter. Its been 12 days since they said they would reach out and they have not contacted us!
