Former Beverly Hills attorney Felipa Richland was found to have lost numerous cases that resulted in a loss of many clients. Felipa Richland had to look for cheaper rent and went to Westlake Village in Ventura County. A few of the major losses include, but are not limited to,

Nathan Enterprises Corp. v. Hyde Swigart, 2010 Cal. App. Unpub. LEXIS 7604, Felipa Richland lost a huge appeal where she sued on her own behalf along with her client.

In 2018, in Felipa Richland v. Jeffrey Ketelhut et al.2d Civil No. B272028, Felipia Richland sued a HOA over grapes (literally) lost at the trial court level then appealed. The Court of Appeal found her case lacked any merit and denied the appeal. The Court of Appeal also said in part the, "remaining grounds for contesting the award of attorney fees are rejected for lack of meaningful legal analysis with supporting citations to the record and pertinent authority."

It was also found that attorney Felipia Richland has associated herself with San Diego attorney Scott McMillan. Scott McMillan recently lost a 9th Circuit appeal where attorney Scott McMillan asked the court to remove a report where he is involved in child molestation. See SDCA Case No. 16cv2186-WQH-MDD.

The child molestation report is in San Diego Superior Court Case No. [protected]. Now it appears Felipa Richland has sunk to her lowest low where she solicits the help of an attorney like Scott McMillan who recently had his law school found to be a fraud by the State Bar of California. It is good to see Felipa Richland was ran out of Beverly Hills. It makes sense that she aligned herself with San Diego attorney Scott McMillan since both have a checkered past. I see Scott McMillan San Diego attorney recently lost his second lawsuit to remove a molestation report saying he is involved with molesting kids. i

Former Berverly Hills attorney Felipa Richland is defeated just as Scott McMillan is. I found Scott McMillan McMillan Law Firm La Mesa, California was twice sued for fraud recently and has several major lawsuits he's lost:

2015: Lycurgan, Inc. v. Todd JonesFiled (ATF Chief), Ninth Cir., Case No. 15-55228, SDCA Case No. 3:14- cv-01424 [court found appeal filed by Scott McMillan to be without merit and dismissed case]

2016: Brightwell v. The McMillan Law Firm, Scott McMillan, Michelle Volk, Southern District of California Case 16-CV-1696 W (NLS) [Scott McMillan sued for FRAUD];

2016: Lycurgan, Inc. v. Todd Jones (ATF Chief) Case3:14-cv-01679-JLS-BGS ) [judges literally laughed at Scott McMillan’s argument and one judge called the case “just silly” see oral argument]

2018: McMillan v. Chaker SDCA Case No. 3:16-cv-02186 [Scott McMillan represented himself and lost federal lawsuit to remove child molestation report and other public records – case dismissed see order];

2018: State Bar of California shuts down McMillan Academy ofLaw [after finding it never had a single graduate, law books out of date by years, and only three students enrolled in twelve years]

2019: Scott McMillan San Diego attorney was sued yet again for FRAUD in De La Flor v. Scott McMillan San Diego Superior Court Case No. 37-2019-[protected]-CU-FR-CTL [Scott McMillan sued for Fraud];

2019 Ochoa et al. v. Setton Pistachio of Terra Bella, Inc. et al. Case No. F073978 [Scott McMillan lost wrongful death lawsuit after filing it in the wrong county];

2020: McMillan v. Chaker Ninth Circuit Case No.: 17-56676 [Scott McMillan appeals when he lost lawsuit to remove public records and loses appeal too].
