Heads up folks. I tried to purchase about $300 of products from EONS. Their computer told me that it could not verify my card, and please try again. I tried twice more. I was shocked to see that my bank had sent me notices approving all three transactions although EONS did not acknowledge it. I contacted "Support". Jamie at support kept asking for the order number, and I kept telling him there was none, which is why I contacted him. Eventually they stopped responding, not wanting to help me in the slightest. I even contacted Alex Wolfe, but he never replied. I then filed a fraud report with my bank, who told me they would investigate. Eons "may" have some good products, I cannot know. My experience was zero support, zero understanding, and zero caring for my situation. Good luck.

You got triple-charged for nothing, and their support played dumb like it’s your fault you have no order number — that’s classic shady op behavior. They ghosted you because they know they’ve already been paid. Your bank's fraud report is your best move — let the chargebacks talk since EONS clearly won’t. Good luck? No — you made your own by not letting them walk away with it.
