Hello,
please Help, The current management seems to cash Tenant's rent on her personal account. Consequently the system keeps showing tenants owing. There have been strong proof showing that some of the tenants checks and/or money orders go directly to the current management personal account. We have nowhere to address the issue since the main office does not return calls or messages. We are completely helpless. Please assist.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. This company will randomly decide when they want to put on fees and then expect you to just hand the money over. and take on late fees. Want to call corporate? GOOD LUCK! I have been told various different things by various different people and none of it makes sense. I work in the hospitality industry and I am shocked that a company is able to stay open with how they treat people. Its obvious why no Property Manager wants to stick around, everyone (except Brenda. Brenda is awesome!) is incompetent and has non-existent customer service skills. There are plenty of other places to reside on the southside. April 2020 cannot come fast enough for me! You know what is awesome? being told you owe "X" amount and then getting a phone call from someone else that you actually owe a completely different amount, an amount thats more of course. I have never been treated so unfairly in my life. I am a rather patient and understanding person but this has been ridiculous. I have been told so many different things I could scream. I am still awaiting to hear from corporate and do plan to pursue this issue to the furthest extent. I am certain I am not the only one who is having these issues, when I went into the office there was quite a few sticky notes of other tenants with billing issues. Its fairly obvious when someone is pulling the "bait & switch" and it seems like this company is a pro at it. I wonder how many other people they've scammed with random fees and then adding on arbitrary late fees. Not even an apology or an explanation just a "this is what you owe and this is all I can do". Unbelievable. The person I am the most upset with is myself for signing a renewal. I should have known better. Please look anywhere else to live. Ask how many Property Managers a place has had and that will tell you all you need to know. Oh! And expect your utilities bill to go up every few months, this is something else I will be looking into because now I do not trust a single thing these people say or do. Shoutout to Brenda for being awesome though, she has been the only person who cared about my WRONGFUL billing and looked into resolving the issue. THEIR CLERICAL ERROR AND INCOMPETENCE IS YOUR FINANCIAL BURDEN!

I completely agree. Toni and the "management" of these slums they manage should all be inspected. They know about the mold in their properties, but blame it on the residents. The worst people to rent from in the north and south east. They have no compassion for the mold illnesses of their residents their negligence and cavalier attitudes. What they do to their residents is criminal.

Was in the process of having a home built, needed a temporary apartment. Had a difficult time getting the apartment manager (Sherril) at Kings Colony Apartments in Savannah, GA to answer voice mails or emails. Finally she responded and very defensively informed me she had been too busy with maintenance issues and turning apartments to get back to me in a timely manner. I asked her about the contract via email - again no response. Had to call another Elon Property to get the process going. She then sent me another prospective tenant's contract with his personal information on it. I returned that contract and asked if I could get one in my name. She collected from me $80; credit check fee and $100 holding fee.
Move in date was scheduled for 9/30/2015. I asked if I could get the keys one day before. She informed me she would be on vacation but could give me the keys on the 25th - but would have to do a new pro-rated move in date. Why, I asked? I don't want to move in early; if she was going to be on vacation I said surely there must be something we could work out. She said I could get it during normal business hours 9-6 on the 30th when she returns from being off. My movers were due at 7 a.m. on the 30th! This woman was the worse excuse for a rental agent. She was incompetent, rude, self-righteous, indignant and unwilling to help ease a move in.
If I reschedule or cancel with the movers I would get a cancellation fee $200. Out of sheer exhaustion I asked for my money back and I will look elsewhere - she (and her District Mgr. Toni) refused to give me my $180 back!
I am now out $380 all because of this ruthless, incompetent leasing/rental clerk (and that title is giving her the benefit of the doubt.) I feel they failed to deliver the professionalism and follow through expected when renting a new apartment. I want my $180 refunded to me.

D ear Valued Resident, For those resident that have selected to maintain your own personal liability insurance, we are conducting a routine verification this month. Please drop off current copy of your proof of insurance to the leasing office by August 15th. remember to ensure that Elon Property Management is listed as a certificate holder or interested party on your policy. This is what landed on our door along with our regular monthly statement. They are trying to RIPOFF the residents rental insurance if some disaster should occur. I doubt they even carry their own insurance. The address of this property is 8324 Gleason Dr. Knoxville, Tn.37919 Cedar Hill Apartments. Thank you, SYLVIA SHADRICK
