Do not go through this company for their products! I called yesterday to get more details on their program, and before I knew it they were reading me the terms and conditions of placing an order with them. Their ad says you get a "free" printer, gps, and nintendo wii all at "no extra cost". The "top of the line" computer they offer you may be brand new, but when just the day before I found the same computer brand new from a very reputable electronics store for roughly $700-$800 at the most and they want $2500 for the computer and all the other "free" products. To me that is a MAJOR rip off. Not only have they tripled the price of the computer, but they want a $99 activation fee and 13 payments of roughly $45 per week BEFORE they'll even send you the computer and the rest of the products. I have done my research and for others in the same situation that cannot afford that kind of money up front or do not have the best credit please check with your local furniture/electronics rental company first. You will still be paying more then the original retail value, but not nearly as much as this company wants and you get the product when you make the first monthly payment. TRUST ME ITS A MUCH BETTER DEAL then e-zone direct.
To the people posting that everything worked out with this company, good for you. As far as I am concerned this company is a complete waste of time. Anybody in the market for a new computer, laptop, or any other type of home furnishings that has poor credit and cannot afford to fork over a ton of money up front I suggest speaking with your neighborhood Aarons or Rent-A-Center before dealing with E-Zone Direct. I am not affiliated in any way with either company but have done the rent to own program through them before and they worked out great. When you initially find what you're looking for they tell you your monthly payments and how long your contract is up front. They also work with you on your first payment and will set up a delivery date that is convenient for you. They do not do credit checks, all they ask is that you have verifiable income and good references that they can contact. Yes, you will pay more than retail, but it is worth it if you're in the same predicament we were in when looking for our computer. I called Aarons and was able to do everything over the phone with them, make our first payment and fax any information needed. They delivered our new HP ALL-IN-ONE computer 3 days later all we had to do was sign the rental agreement and have been enjoying it for about the last month. Oh yeah and it comes with their warranty program at no extra cost, along with Windows 7. Our contract is a 1 year contract at about 118.00 per month ($1, 416) has better features than what e-zone direct was offering, unless you consider the "FREE" stuff thats not really free, this is still a much better deal then they could ever offer.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have purchased LG LED TV worth 47, 000 Rs from E ZONE located at Shipra Mall Gaziabad. They have offered me a Free Dinner Set worth Rs 3500. However they have delivered only TV set to me and the Dinner set is still pending. I have contacted them more than 20 times. every time they give excuses and promise to deliver the Dinner Set by Next day evening at my residance address. It is more than 13 days now.
I would like to Lodge a complaint against the EZone for deficiency in services.
Please help me and get the promised goods delivered.
I bought few products from E zone, Chembur, K star Mall, Mumbai on dasshera. As like any other Indian got swayed by the freebies promised(gold coins and other gifts). I paid the entire sum by credit card but till date have not received any single product. And the gifts they say are out of stock. I have to chase these guys everyday. I have never seen such worse kind of service in my entire life. I regret entering the shop. Its better to enter a standalone shop where atleast he does not promise false things and keeps his committment(and offers products cheaper than any of these retail chains like E zone, Croma, Vijay sales, Next etc). I advice to you is avoid E zone, and go their only if they deliver you the product on the day of purchase.
I ordered a lap from these pl. and when i saw It was a rip off the next day I canceled it. they reasured me ok and nothing would be taken from My acc. Well yes, ya got it. They have been trying to take the money out anyways. Its been over a month now so I trashed their info. thinking I was all set. Now I do not have their Phone #. I thought this company was a reputable company. I called them to find out about their computers. pay a little a month and have a computer. I gave them my bank information and they were suppose to call me back within the hour, they never did. what tipped me off was they asked me for my social security number and i told them i was not going to give them that information. So when they didn't call i called the better business bureau and they said they didn't have them in their system and that they were a scam. They also didn't tell me that the notes were every week. I can't afford this my husband is on disability. I called to cancel the order but they kept asking me why and giving me the run around. They told me to call tomorrow when they have the order processed
I been calling and calling E zone direct be causes i haven't received my wii game yet i think the money that i paid for my laptop i should have gotten everything that was free after i paid for my laptop but i didn't and that's not right be causes i paid my money with bank draft like every week of 36.99 plus the 99.00 draft out of my checking how much money i paid i should have gotten two laptops plus more free stuff and for the one who say we deserved it u must be a person who works for them or a person who got money to just go buy anything that you want i got that laptop so i can finished my online classes plus work and take care of home i didn't just get this laptop for fun i got it be causes i needed it don't nobody deserve to get ripped off i don't care who it is if u poor or rich so u need to wake up
i have been trying to contact your company for the last two months and you will call me back. I am not gonna keep on giving you my money and you won't tell me where i stand on my account.I call both numbers and each number was bold so i just stop payments.So if you want your money you better get in touch with [protected] washington this for e zone direct
why do some people insist on using companies that are not in their on back yard, shame on you all, those who were scammed or did not receive good service, you got what you deserved. Next time pick up your local Yellow Book Directory and make some phone calls I guarantee you will not be scammed, WAKE UP AMERICA!
i didn, t recieved my refund yet. i cancel on nov. and now it feb. they said it would be in my acct. on friday or monday each time i call them, but always give me a false excuse of some kind.they said they would send the payment back, but 4 months and still waiting is not the way to do business. h.mims
I Call The E-Zone Direct and they my information like my name, my Mailing address, my age, my birthdate my social Security Number my bank account and my number off the bank card too
But When they told me that they going to send some document to sign and return which I never got the document I waited three weeks and never got the document and I not going to waited another day for the document to arrive because I think this whole thing is one big joke or pack of lies
There is one thing I could do is I going to cancel my order and cancel my membership because waiting for document to arrive is a wait of my time I think is about time I do something about I going take action and cancel it my only hope to make my life better
hi. i have to say this company is a big effin joke. i was going to go threw them until my husband said we really couldn't afford so i called to tell them to cancell the whole thing on sep 24th and the gave me a conformation number and everything and today i got my bank statement and on the 24th they tried to take 19.99 which i did not have in the bank cuz i'm broke, just like i told them. so because they are scammers i have to pay a nsf fee to my bank. i would advise know one of going threw this company...
My experience with E-zone is completely different. I called the number from the paper add i received, called and talked with sales agent, agreed to the program, they immediately sent a contract, reviewed it, signed it and returned it. I made sure my payments were made on time and that funds were available on payment dates. This is simply being fiscally responsible. My computer arrived on time and free color printer, somehow i managed more money in order to pay off earlier... I received the rest of free gifts. I also researched this company before I sent the contract back. i tell you what, if your got bad credit, you don’t have enough money to buy computer from retail store, then you may get computer from this company
They may be a legitimate company, But they do not honor thier promise to a FULL refund if one does not want to buy a computer within the first 14 days after electronically signing a contract. Also if you ask for the phone number of corporate headquarters, They tell you they do not have it. C'mon do they think we are all ###s. Evidently so.

i don't agree that e-zone is a ripoff or a spam, because me myself got a laptop from them. i had to pay 13 payments and the $99 to get my laptop... first it sounded silly to make payments then get the merchandise, but i realized its worth it.
people who think that getting something without paying anything they themselves are ripoffs.
I have one thing to say, if your listening skills are weak then kindly don't raise your fingers on people who are trying to help you.
E-zone is legitimate company for sure, i got my stuff as they promised me over the phone.
i am happy with their services PERIOD!
ordered on 9/3/2010 & cancelled on 9/10/2010 and was refused a return of my $99.00 I would rather use my 1999 computer than pay $1995.00 for a new one. they cannot give me enough free stuff to equal that price. This is a scam hoping that you will not be able to make your payments when due. they just say no to any refunds which is guaranteed on thier web site if cancelled within the first 14 days before any payments have been made.
they do not adhere to thier own ads as a full refund if requested before 1st payment. they are a ripoff. i am in the process of reporting them to the bbb of maryland. They also will not give out the phone number of the parent company to resolve any complaints. do not buy from e-zonedirect or you will lose 99 dollars.
Well one of my friend has got a brand new HP computer from E-zone and it works absolutely fine. I remember i helped him placing the order with this company.
My experience was very pleasant and they explained each and every point before getting into my banking info. They were patient enough to answer all my questions and i have raised the same concern of the total price.
The served me with a satisfactory answer by saying when you go to finance anything, you know you have got to pay a little extra, They have no credit check, no cash needed upfront no interest plus they are giving worth $1300 free Microsoft and G.P.S & Nintendo wii.
If i ever had a low credit score and needs a computer my first choice would be E-Zone Direct.
they took 36.99 dollars off my debit card ad I don't know why I did't oder anything so pleaese let me kow how to get in touch with e-zone direct thanks
