I had a top denture done by this Dentist and her staff. Before the denture was even finished the tech had me sign a paper that I was "ok' with these false teeth. They were rushing me to sign and would hardly let me see the teeth. I found out why, when the denture came back from the lab completed! The teeth were very small, like baby teeth and they were a yellow/ brown color. They did not look right at all and it looked as if I had no top teeth at all. I complained to the dentist, she said I would get use to them. I also could not talk properly, as the teeth did not fit in my mouth like they should have. I finally saved up the money and had a new top denture made, by a professional dentist, Oh! What a difference it makes. I smile now and am told what pretty teeth I have. The other dentist didn't even offer me any money back or anything! Is there anything that can be done to the first dentist or some type of repayment? I was very emarresed for months with my teeth the way they were.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I had 3 cavities and two root canals done by this dentist and she ruined my teeth. I went to another dentist a few month after her and they informed me that she had not completely gotten all of the cavity out and then sealed it in and that she had removed so much of another tooth that it had a fracture in it and i would need to have a root canal done on it. I have had to spend a lot of money to get them fixed. While i was there she spoke very rudely staff and at one point as her hands were in my mouth she yelled at one that she didn't want to have to do their job and what did she need them for? She is unprofessional, rude, and has poor workmanship! Would Definitely NOT recommend!
