Ok Here is my side to Mr Dr Paul Dougan
Paul Dougan made contact with me about 9 months ago on trying to sell this home in Co Cavan, Paul lectures in Caledonian University in Glascow so he should teach what he preaches.
The house was to be sold for 120, 000 euro i was to get 5, 000 finders fee.
I went and got 5 people not 4, 5.
1 had the cash and offered me 105, 000 euro so i told him to contact a Paul Dougan and he would take it from there.This man would phone me back to say all he got was a tesco mobile answering service which i found odd.
I would skype Paul as i could never get him on the phone myself, You see Paul does not do phone calls.So i would give Paul the numbers and he said he would call them which he never did.
I have all the proof on my skype to show saying Paul did you ring such and such and his answer back was i left them a voice mail.
So when a few days passed the people would ring me and ask why did someone not call them back?
I said Paul said he left a message they would always say i got nothing.
then i got annoyed as here was me asking them to buy the home and putting them in contact with Paul only for him never to call them back.I still have all there numbers on my phone for backup if this does go to court.
I am not crying over the fee here i am annoyed that i went out and busted my backside to get a deal done and i was used big time.I will not be used by anyone.
Mr Dougan then says to me that if i do these comments he will email all my email contacts and let them know im trying to blackmail him...Which i am not im standing my ground and will not let anyone use me.I think anyone else reading this would agree with me.
Paul is a Doctor and im sure he is a great one but what he is not is a man who speaks the truth.
I have been stung here and i have put alot of time in to trying to sell this home.Paul even offered me loads more properties he has for sale and i always said lets try and sell this one first, I thought whats the point in taking on more when these people cannot make contact with this Doctor Dougan?
When he told me to sell the house he said it was ready and it was to be sold ASAP.
Then on his comments about me blackmailing him today he said the house could not be looked at because it was not ready more lies from Dr Dougan.
So i have had enough i have to tell my side of the story as i would not be writing these comments if i had not been messed around.
I wish i never had made contact with this man and i ask anyone who does to walk away if you do.
The deal would have closed ages ago if he had of answered his phone, So im the one who has to fail of his actions well thats not going to happen.
Im glad iv posted these comments and im sorry on the 5 people who wasted there time on the home as it was not my fault.
And for the record i do NOT go out to blackmail anyone, I play by the rules and i will not be used by anyone not even a Doctor.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I can second that:
Dr Dougan wrote to me to say that he would refund my investment in the DCR bond. He didn't.
Dr Dougan wrote that he would contact me to discuss a refund. He didn't.
Dr Dougan does not return his calls.
Dr Dougan says he is a member of the Institute of quarrying. He is no longer.
Dr Dougan says he is a lawyer. I find that hard to believe.

Compared to his latest scam in which he and his fellow crooks, Liam Ward and Lord Rowallen, these complaints are childs play.
Between them they set up a false company called Diamond Construction & Renewables, to raise £14 Million from small investors for 3 wind turbines in Scotland.
Using a dodgy investment firm called Heron Global Partners, who sold the lies in the glossy brochure to those of us who wished to use their savings to promote clean green energy at a time when the threat of global climate change has become a very real threat to us all.
This alas, was no ethical investment, but a get rich scheme for the directors who plan to close the company without informing the investors of their action, and not having payed any interest at all.
The money has simply disappeared down their pockets !
Nobody at either company will answer the hundred of worried investors queries :- "Where is my money ?", "Where are the Windfarms ? and "where are the crooked directors Dougan, Ward and Rowallen ? "
This is a major Ponzi scheme theft, easier than robbing a bank, less fear of police action and far more lucrative !
A support group of angry and distress victims has been formed, and between us we will see these fraudsters in court and later prison.

I can agree completely with this complaint.
He is not a man of his word or the truth.
He cost me so much time and, money it is unreal.
I cannot agree enough about this man being a liar and a cheat.
i simply cannot believe that he is a Dr of any sorts.
