Dr Goduco Family Dentistry review: Dental work

Hi, My name is Brenda Michelon I went to DR, Goduco 8/26/20 8/31/20. I had an unbelievably bad toothache he started a root canal and charged me for a post when I left, I charged $1, 380. Well, on 8/31/20 It became the worst he then told me he had to extract the tooth. He said because he did this, he would Credit me the $1, 380 the document I provided clearly says credit, and I am still charged. He did extremely poor work he told me he knew how to extract teeth if you look at the pictures it is horrifying what he did to me. Because I never went back, he kept charging the dispute back to my card. What has me terribly upset I have spoken to multiple people at capital one everyone has a different answer, the last time I called I spoke to a gentleman that told me don't work I am a supervisor I am looking at all the proof you will get you money back. You record all this you can listen to. I feel you guys do not stand by your customer no one knows what they are talking about. Especially how can you dispute $1, 380 clearly says credit? If this does get resolved I will Transfer the amount to another credit card and close it. I am thinking about contacting channel 2 news about the dentist and how you guys did not back me up. Hopefully, this can get resolved somehow. The other documents should be on file.
