We wanted to go under debt review in September 2024, but after the process started, we had still creditors that phoned us none stop. We stopped the process in October 2024, and during December 2024, Debit Busters send a Form W17 to the creditors. We ever since made our own arrangements to settle the debit. As we were aware that we should rehabilitate our debit, we didn't pay much attention to our credit score. However since the end of August 2026 we noticed that on our credit score it still indicate that we are under Debit Review. We have send in the last two weeks already 3 emails to the agent who handled our case and to Info at Debit Busters. They don't reply to any emails. We need this debit review to be removed from our credit scores as there is now no way for us to further improve our credit score, as we can't even rent a house through an agency.

Desired outcome: We really would like DebitBusters to at least reply to our emails, and please send the form W17 to the credit bureaus to remove the debit review
