rented his home for one week. many items in disrepair and we actually fixed a few things for him -- garage door and several blinds. he thanked us by not returning our security deposit. he does not return our calls or e-mails. do NOT do business with this guy! we rented the home in August 2009. It's February 2010 and no security deposit.
