14th November I went into store spent £382 for a deposit for a Samsung s22 ultra its now the 3rd of December 2022 and despite 8hrs in store and over 4 hrs on the phone to curry customer services and Vodafone and ee and trips to there stores im still yet to have the device activated. this is a much short version of events but I find it bad that no-one can help me and im getting passed from shop to shop and nothing has happened and I still don't have a working phone and no-one is getting back to me regarding this issues.

Desired outcome: a working phone with my original number and compensation for the hassle and petrol used and for the distress and upset its caused
