This is a second location we have eaten in owned by Marilyn Knox. We ate the Ladson location today and experienced the same poor food taste as a few weeks ago in the Summerville location that I also sent a complaint about. The burgers were dry, and the fries were crunchy hard today at Ladson as they were a few weeks earlier in Summerville. I told your CS when they had called about the poor Summerville store food that we would be trying the Ladson store because we wanted the Summerville poor food quality to be a one-off bad experience... It was not just one store but both Ladson and Summerville owned by Marilyn Knox. I am not pleased with the food and am disappointed that the quality and preparation of your food has deteriorated to the degree it has.
