I spent an hour browsing the site and after deciding what I want to buy, proceeded by checking out. I received a notification via text from my bank that the payment went through on my Visa Credit Card. The next day I received an e-mail from the company that they refunded my transaction due to the large amount of international credit card fraud. I demand to know how they can refund me if they think it's an illegal transaction which it isn't and I want to know how they can accept international credit cards (Visa) and then tell me it's fraudulent ? Come on! If it's possible to do an illegal transaction and get refunded on it, this world will collapse due to all the fraudulent transactions! Stay clear of companies with Visa/Mastercard issues who doesn't have the proper online security checks in place.

Hello,
Yes the writer is quite right, we did refund his order right away which is our policy for overseas orders outside of the US. Truth is we have been stung so many times from countries in Europe, Asia and on the African continent and we really just cannot afford to take the hits any more. We have never taken advantage of a single customer but we have been taken advantage of dozens of times. Our policy is to refund the credit card payment right away and then email the customer to ask for the payment by western union. At the same time we prepare the order while waiting for confirmation of payment.
In the past, shipments going outside the States and Canada have been rather sketchy when it comes to tracing and confirming that a customer has actually received the shipment. Regardless of whether the customer has received the shipment or not they can still contest the order and the credit card companies will always side with the customer because there is no solid way to prove receipt of shipment in most foreign countries.
I'm really sorry for the inconvenience this causes some customers but it's not like we didn't even try!
