My account was suspended on July 18, 2025 without any explanation, a circumstance that came as a profound surprise to me, considering that in three years of active and positive participation in the Couchsurfing community I have always fully respected and accepted the Terms of Use, receiving over 129 positive references.
I politely requested to be informed of the specific reason for the suspension and which provision of the Terms of Use I may have allegedly violated, so that I could provide clarification or discuss the matter constructively; however, I was told that, for privacy reasons, it was not possible to disclose the reasons for the measure.
Subsequently, I have received no further response to my additional emails requesting clarification. This is a measure that I have received with surprise and disappointment, especially in the absence of concrete reasons justifying such a serious action.

Desired outcome: I would like to know in detail which rules were allegedly violated, together with the evidence supporting such claims, as well as the reactivation of my account
