When Weber and Grahn sold me a furnace they never told me that it needed someone else to "set it up". The furnace NEVER worked properly. I kep calling and each time they sent someone who made the problem worse. TWICE they spilled fuel on the basement floor and inside the furnace, sending fumes into my home. The last technician to come over told me that their service te3chnicians are not trained to work on furnaces and heating. ANother one told me the unit could blow up.

While web based reviews can be very helpful - they can also be used to smear otherwise reputable companies. The outrageous comments are posted within a one month period, by people who have joined and commented only once. While one can never be sure - we did have an incident with an employee who was let go around this time frame.

As far as Mr. Vanderfords experience - we've checked our records and can find no Ted Vanderford, there is a Ted's Market who is a longtime, current and presumably happy customer.

We've been in business since 1968 - and have thousands of east end installations and service customers - big and small. We pride ourselves on reliable installations and service. Are we perfect? No - but we try and based on our longstanding reputation in our community - we're pretty sure that you'll be very happy you chose us to install your new or fix your old HVAC system.

You know i was referred to Weber & Grahn, but then i heard through Dans Papers that some of their employees were involved in a herion trafficking operation. Thats sad that a company these days does not even take the time to screen or drug test the people they send into our homes. A close personal friend of ours passed away, due to a herion overdose and it pains me to find out that people, people like the ones i read about from Weber & Grahn were the ones actually putting it out on the street. Shame on you Weber & Grahn for not doing enough to protect not only yourselves, but the people who YOU rely on for business. I would never recommend this company to anyone...and pass the word.

Weber and Grahn used to be an honest company, i don't know who is running it but they aren't going to last very long. When you take advantage of people thinking each one is just replaceable sooner or later karma will catch up with you

Ted is absolutely right. They told me that their company was the highest priced in the hamptons...yeah thats a good thing to tell potential customers. I made the mistake of going with their company, only to find out that it's run by a bunch of idiots. When i called to complain they put me on with some burnout named Greg who had no idea what he was talking about (what a waste of life) then they transfered me to someone named Dom who was the the most self centered mis-informed person i have ever spoken with. If you ever are looking for a company to do work at your home DO NOT CALL WEBER & GRAHN, unless you want to get screwed.
