I called to enroll in their services. When I asked about their fees I was told "at some point", I would need to pay a $395 "membership fee" if they agreed to work with me. And that they would also take out money out of each payment I charge, which was also undisclosed. Because the answers where so vague, I asked further questions about what my money would be used for and what services I would receive from them. I was told I that the concern was not with me, but with the clients. I asked if I would be recommended as a coach to their clients and told maybe yes or maybe no. Then I was told that he did not want to work with me because I asked too many questions. Normal questions. I told him I did not want to pay $395 unless I understood why. And was told I was being mistrustful. Though it may have been a tactic, I did not feel comfortable being personally attacked for being a consumer. And I still do not understand why they would need to charge me money without any explanation. With many listing websites out there, with clear explanations of services, I did not feel comfortable risking my reputation or business working with them. Trust your gut.

My name is Bill Dueease, President of The Coach Connection. I personally dealt with this person who claimed to be a life coach. She was never asked to pay money, because she was quickly told that she was not qualified to become a TCC Member Coach. She was rejected and her misleading and entitled complaint partially confirms why she was rejected so quickly. We are proud of her complaint because it further confirms that TCC will protect our important clients from lessor quality coaches, even when TCC receives such demanding attacks.

She was not a TCC consumer, or customer and will not be. TCC set the highest quality standards for all of our Member Coaches, to attract and keep the best coaches in the world, who will be connected to our real and only customers/consumer-our coaching clients. TCC Member Coaches must pass a very rigorous multi-phased screening process to be accepted into our very elite group of coaches. Only 173 coaches have been accepted from over 2, 400 applicants. TCC does not solicit, sell to, or even list any method to join TCC, so this person initiated her contact on her own.
