On 22 February 2011 an email was send to Rudi & Donald who is the Owners/ Managers of above Company to inform them that the Business that I owned was sold, and that I am no longer the Tenant on that premises, and that I should now after calculating all my expences pay back my deposit owed to me. However until today 7 April 2011 I have not received anything from their side. The new Tenant has taken over on 22 February 2011, and has been trading since, but they keep me liable for expences, as they have not yet given a Contract to new Tenants. Email that was send to them is below -

Goeie dag Rudi/ Donald,

ek wil net onder jul aandag bring dat Johan die perseel Eenheid 4, Silverside Sentrum Erf 607, op 14 Februarie oorgevat het, en dat die koop kontrak geteken en gefinaliseer is, so daarby gese is hy dan vanaf 15 Februarie verantwoordlik vir die Huur, Water & Ligte ens op die perseel.

Ek wil dan net by jul seker maak van die deposito bedrag wat terug betaalbaar is aan my ten opsigte van bogenoemde perseel.

Die bedrag van R44 000.00 waarvan die volgende afgetrek moet word

R2155.14 W&L Januarie 2011
R14200.60 Huur & W&L Februarie 2011 R30049.15 die helfde minus R824.00 reeds betaal
so as my berekening reg is dan moet die bedrag van R25488.26 aan my terug betaal word.
Dit kan in die volgende rekening inbetaal word
