Cinderella Studios review: never recieved product, paid in full, waited 4 years! 4

I have contacted Lee Kromis SEVERAL times over the past 4 years. I have gone through email, snail mail, fax, and phone calls. I do not get any responce, and I still have not recieved my photos! In October he finally answered the phone and said my albulms would be in the mail this January.. and I never recieved anything. Now, the phone number has ben disconnected. I paid over $3000 for nothing! The photographer was fantastic, but the owner, Lee, is scam.

I had 2 daughters who used Cinderella Studios. We also paid in full before the weddings in order to receive the 10% discount. I must admit that it did take a very long time to get the pictures but we eventualy did get our pictures. I was persistent and continued to call every few months but I never got the impression that I was being ignored or given the run around. We did get what we paid for and although it seemed to take forever, the pictures are gorgeous and we are happy.

I am also trying to get in contact with Lee. I submitted my photo choices for my album in January 2009 and never heard anything. After many attempts to contact him I finally got him on the phone in October and he said he was mailing the cd of the first draft...it never came. It took weeks to get him on the phone again and in December I had to drive an hour to meet him just to get it. When I looked at it only a few of the 70+ pictures I picked were in the album. I have not been able contact him since and whenever I call the phone is disconnected. I paid in full and have nothing to show for it.
