STEVE SIMPSON and CHRISTY SIMPSON - MY WORST RENTERS EVER - DO NOT RENT TO BOTTOM FEEDERS!
- The renters negotiated rock-bottom lowest rate with no cleaning fee.
- The property was left in unacceptable condition after their stay: kids "graffiti" on the cedar wood patio chairs, paint and sand spilled all over the deck, broken hinges of the cabinet doors in the kitchen, filthy oven and microwave, broken china, etc.
- We requested a small part of the deposit( 28%) to compensate for additional cleaning and damage. It made them really mad: they posted numerous negative reviews and untruthful comments on numerous web sites in order to ruin the business.
Vacation home owners:
DO NOT RENT TO BOTTOM FEEDERS - you will regret it.
You will find better people to rent your property to. They will pay your regular rate and treat your property with respect.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

DO you know any info ? like a permanent physical address ? i think a best is a bad reference and suing them in small claims court for the costs of fixing the place up and the broken china etc.
I agree with the above poster tho, you should of never gave them the deposit back based on the neglect they did to the property.
You should have taken their entire deposit if they left the place is such bad condition. They're just poor sports, and when their renting history is looked at, you can give them a bad reference.
