Chase review: Chase bank problems.

I have been a customer for 5 years.
Chase is my competitive for any loan product ie: car, mortgage, or personal.
Recently I received fees on checking and savings account.
I am switching to a bank across the street with the following features.
Free checks, free checking, free savings account. Also more competitive loan rates. Also no minimum balances for free checking and savings account.
In five years the branch never tried to meet me and the branch manager too busy to discuss issues.
Simply put, the worst banking experience I have ever experienced.
