Caribou Coffee

Hi my name is cassandra hein and we have been going to caribou coffee here in alexandria, mn for quite a while now, we are both perks members, and we provide the cashier with our perks number everytime we get upto the register. Yesturday we had 30 points off but the male cashier had charged me $17.61 for 2 turtle mocha coolers with milk chocolate extra turtle pieces extra whip and a shot of expresso in both. That is the same order we get every single time, and every single time we always have enough points for an upgrade but the price keeps increasing by $1-$4 every single time. It seems as though you guys are charging us more and more every time we either pay with cash or a credit/debit card. Also when we started out as perks members months back we were only paying $11.82 for remind you the exact same order as I had mentioned up above and now were paying $17.61. Also we have gone to the other caribou coffee here in alexandria, mn for the exact same thing and were only paying $13.82. Im very uninpressed about how much you guys keep jacking the price up when we always have enough points for either an upgrade or even for a free beverage!
