Loomis Express

Loomis Express has the worst service ever. They left a notice for a package on our condo building front door two days in a row claiming they could not reach us. They didn't ring our buzzer as we were home both days. Even though the buzzer # was not on the package, our name was on the intercom panel matching the name on the package. They just had to read. We had to drive to Burnaby which is a 45 minute drive each way. The location was also difficult to find. This is not the first time we have had this problem with a delivery. It's beyond frustrating.
