Being a satisfied customer of Byhumankind I wanted to send an ecofriendly friend some of their products to try. I placed an order and gave her shipping address on May 6th, they debited my credit card May 7th.
So far, the order remains unfulfilled and despite multiple texts and emails, nobody has got back to me with an explanation.

Claimed loss: My package was never delivered to my friend despite them taking the $46.80

Desired outcome: Either refund my money or deliver the package!
