Bombas review: Bombas socks order with missing socks, they cannot resolve : (

I received an order from Bombas socks, a company I used to love because they make socks small enough for me. However, after spending ONE HOUR on phone with the HELPLESS customer service team in India, and sending a message to their 'happiness guaranteed' team, they can't seem to FIND my order. There is no phone number in the USA (I'm sick and tired of incompetent countries calling themselves CUSTOMER SERVICE). my order # is in their emails, but Bombas personnel can't seem to find it.
So, my review for BOMBAS is only 1 star (I would have given zero stars, if possible), and now I will tell everyone, DON'T BOTHER BUYING FROM BOMBAS, BECAUSE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG, YOU WON'T GET ANY RESOLUTION)
