Was looking at an advertisement for skincare products and thought I only ordered the bottle trial bottle. Gave my credit card info and later seen two separate charges for $19 and $199. I had no luck reaching anybody and so I called my credit card and stopped payment on both charges. Now 3 weeks later I get the $199.00 package in the mail. Do I keep it or return collect to a shipping center called Fulfillment Center? I cancelled my credit cards ad had to get new ones.
