Beyond Nails Salon in Sunny Isles is operating without license displayed and possibly illegal workers without training.
• Waxing rooms don’t have right equipment or a tools that meets sanitary requirements.
• Stuff has no licenses displayed.
• Manicure and pedicure equipment not sensitized.
• Bad customer service.
I came in to salon for waxing; waxing person lady burned my skin with wax and left huge bruise on my leg. I asked her to stop, because it not the way should be done. She said no- no bruises will go away in 1 hour. I insisted to stop, because I just wanted to leave, she was hurting me. Also they made me pay for 3 min of unfinished and painful service. Manager insulted me in front of the salon, saying “no one going to see your bruises honey”
THIS SALON SHOUD BE CLOSED!

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I must say that I have been going there for years and do it all there from nails to waxing and i have very sensitive skin and never ever have they burned me or ever disrespected me the girls thereare always kind and nice and they do have licenses just look at the wall! If they are so bad how come everytime you walk in its packed and busy ? I dont know what kind of experience you have been through or maybe you just have something personal against them but maybe you should learn how to write instead before you ruin buisnesses for no true reason...
I have been going to Beyond Nails for five years. They are so popular that they have just doubled their space. The people that work there
have been there for all the time I have been their customer. I
find they clean, efficient and always polite and professional. What is the term, "One bad apple?" I have never heard a customer complain and I am there about every two weeks. What is it I hear about you
not wanting to pay? Kate
