Ascension Health review: Horrible customer service

I have left 2 messages (first one at 8am..second at 1pm)with a nurse to call me back today regarding a pacemaker issue...(should be important) The third time I called the lady that the operator sent me to was extremely rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice several times to me and told me that I just needed to wait and be patient. When she stopped yelling at me I said "Wow,,you are not nice and not good at your job." She then hung up on me. I think her name is Diane and she works in Indianapolis...she said that whoever kept transferring me to her didn't know what they were doing becasue "this isn't her job!" My Uncles doctor gave him his card and said to have me call Monday Morning. Well Dr Parin Patel..someone in your office sucks..Not the nurse although it is 4pm and still no call. What kind of service is going on at this place?
