Ascension Health review: Bait and switch billing portals

The Ascension One is sending collections notices to my email with a website address of https://healthcare.ascension.org/one/billing/your-bills but the site says I have no bills and my balance is zero. When I called the 800 number in the email, they told me that they see a balance, on "visitpay" website. That is the email address sending me the notice. So there is a second, unknown website that is not being sent. A paper bill was not sent in this amount. I have paid over $2000 in bills on time and this one bill on this secret website that I have no access to they continue to tell me to go to pay when I do not have access and the real Ascension One website says I owe zip. I have been on the phone for 45 minutes with "Daisy" who refused to escalate the situation or give me a manager to discuss their inaccurate emails and inaccurate website link in their emails she refused. She told me to talk to the website people then she told me to talk to the other website people to which I have no access. I pay my bills on time and have excellent credit and now they are ruining it with their bait and switch emails that contain who knows what or why their websites are different, don't match or whatever is going on over there. I was transferred after 45 minutes to "Marie" the "supervisor" They said the bill was for $378.76 they said the website the they are sending the in their emails. They said that they have two separate website for faclilties versus the doctors and that they have a system problem where they have two. They are sending the wrong the website anyway and continue to do so. So any reasonable person who continued to receive emails to a link that says you don't owe anything how would the layperson know there is a separate website that they do not communicate while they threaten to send you to collections.
