Ascension is billing me for a routine screening as they have coded the claim incorrectly when submitting it to my health insurance company. I have called 15 times over the past several months and they just send me in circles. Every time I try to escalate, they tell me they are "working on it" but they never do anything to fix the issue. Then, they constantly harass me with robo calls, emails and texts saying I owe them money when in fact, I do not. This is absolutely inexcusable, and as a result I will NEVER use an Ascension St. John facility again.
Claimed loss: I have lost a total of 8 hours of my time on the phone with overseas support, only to go in circles over and over again.
Desired outcome: Ascension St John needs to fix the billing error immediately and zero out my alleged balance of $580.00
