Arabian Nights Leisure Organizers is a FRAUD company,
I lost 12500 hard-earned money to this fraud company,
On July 2021, I bought their 28 days tourism package for 12500AED.
On Oct 2021, I tried to use their service, but I didn't get any service from them after 1000s of followups and calls, I got frustrated and sent mail officially asking for the full refund on Oct 2021.
107 days gone till today, no response for the mail and their customer care landline number is +971 4 5474645 is out of service.
They will not pick any calls or reply to your mails, I went to their office and its closed, I can see only the name board.
If anyone knows the procedure to refund the money legally, kindly advice.

Hello there, same people Sharatha, Shabana Alias Sameera came to Oman in the year Nov 2022 and they looted around 100,000 Omani Riyal, cheating more than 150 Customer and they fled the country. If India authorities would have taken action when you all alerted in the year 2021, then this would not have happened in Oman.
Imagine the same gang who made millions in Dubai through Scam, came to Oman and made another Million by cheating means WHOLE SYSTEM is failing. No authorities want to act, do investigation and take action.

Yes we too are suffering the same plight. Had paid more than 7000DHS for family air ticket package for 5 years and even registered with Consumer Rights at DED near Makthoum Bridge, who investigated and replied that they are not the concerned section to handle this! However, when we informed SPS of Dubai Police before registering with DED, we had been advised to visit DED and obtain letter regarding the commercial registration status of Arabian Nights Leisure. But this couldn't be obtained due to the response from Consumer Rights!
