I ORDERED THIS PRODUCT ON 1/27/11 FOR A 14 DAY TRAIL PERIOD TO START WHEN I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT ON 2/1/11 AND DID NOT LIKE IT. I CANCELLED ON MY 14TH DAY AND COME TO FIND OUT I WAS CHARGED ALREADY. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD MY 14 DAYS STARTED WHEN I ORDERED IT. HOW CAN A TRAIL PERIOD START WHEN I DONT HAVE THE PRODUCT. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. I REALLY BELIEVE THIS IS VERY UNFAIR.

My complaint is the same as the others before me about Alluskin Care. Something should be done about this fraudulent company. If you call, you are put on hold and I don't think they ever intend to answer.

business practices if they have to trick people into buying.

I have tried to get a hold of this company by phone. They phone line puts you on hold for 5 min. and then I would get disconnected. I tried this many times. I'm trying to get to customer service via e-mail and that will not connect. They are charging my account and I want to know why? Jessica M.

The same experience as I am out of town and only received the trial size which is the regular size in the auto plan. The size is like a dime and one is lucky if it last two days.
I called also before the 14 day lapse and they still charged me so the game is to get at least one charge against you. They will give you a refund up to 50% off rather than return for you will be charged a restocking fee. All this I accept as my error for not reading the find print .. at least I stopped it. However, the cream is a nice cream but surely will not work miracles. I did try to reach Dr. Bute or someone who could tell me how to make the dime size last a month of twice daily application. I researched the Dr who is no longer at the Southhampton Hospital but believe he is part Brookhaven Hospital as a hospital physician. What that means is that he does not have a private practice but is on call working within a hospital and directly with hospital patients. All I wanted is someone to explain how one can make a dime size amount of cream last a full month. Since I received no help here this whole thing must be a scam.

Also, for those of you who tried to email their customer service address - that too will bounce back as undelivered. I called their customer service line and that was the only they had. I also asked the young fellow (customer service) if he had ever tried the cream and said no, but that Dr Bute did come by and give samples to them and he gave to his mom. So bottom line, the customer service staff are clueless as to proper application of the cream and only are billing people, not medical staff. The return address is in Torrance CA and the customer service people I spoke with were in Maine and the Dr himself may or may not be practicing in Brookhaven Hospital in Southhampton NY area. For someone who wishes to launch more products he is off to a poor start and his reputation no matter how good his cream may be is slowly getting destroyed.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. IF YOU DON'T BUY THE PRODUCT, YOU HAVE TO RETURN ALL THE BOTTLES BACK TO THEM TO STOP THEM FROM BILLING YOU. NO MATTER HOW MUCH U ARGUE WITH THEM THEY GOT YOU BY THE BALLS. THEY BRAG ABOUT THAT YOU HAVE TO READ THE FINE PRINT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE INFO FOR CHARGE INFO., WHICH TELLS YOU IF YOU DONT WANT THE PRODUCT YOU MUST SEND BACK TO THEM AND THE GLOAT THAT EVERY THING IS THERE FOR YOU TO READ AFTER CLICKING ON THE TERMS. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
