Affordable Dentures and Implants in Lake Mary Florida review: Disrespectful, causing severe pain during procedures, misrepresenting timeline,

Upon entering the office the first time I was addressed as Miss (first name) by the receptionist. I requested they use my married name Mrs. (last Name) I was informed it was against the law. I figured I would address this with the DR. On first consult I told Dr. I had previously had lung cancer and possibly had it again and could not go for a long period without being able to eat properly. I was assured 4 months was the time line. During the first impressions the assistant pushed the plastic piece into my mouth so hard I had to grab her hand and push her away because the pain was so bad. The next appointment I needed to get the temporary dentures adjusted/remade because they stuck out from under my top teeth like a bull dogs teeth. I went in to get the new temporary dentures and they asked me for the first pair. I had thrown them away because I could not wear them and they didn't say that they wanted them back. I got the temporary dentures and was ushered out of the office. After the surgery and implants being placed I called for the appointment at the 4 month period. At that time I was informed that it would be 2 weeks to get the dentures back from the lab because they were going to install metal in them for strength, I was upset and told the dentist I was angry. I informed him again about the possibility of cancer, They took xrays, cut the gum to allow the implants to come through and took impressions. I went back at the 2 week time and was informed it would be several weeks more. The Dr came in and informed me that since I wasn't happy with his work I could go someplace else and not to set foot back in his office. Since that time I received a letter telling me to go to a different county for my dental needs. I have also received advertisements to go to this company for more work.

I want my name removed from their data base and never receive any more information about them. The Dr. sent my records to me and put derogatory comments in them about me. He didn't mention their behavior.
