11/15/23 Purchased Lithium Battery $5,000.00 for Golf Cart... Trouble Shoot/Returned in December for Different Voltage/AmpHour in Effort to Correct Problem. More Trouble shooting in January/February determined Battery not Compatible with EZGO RXV and Sent Back for Testing/Refund. Affirm debit's Lithium Account for return in April. In the mean time I am paying $490.00 a month till return is confirmed by AFFIRM. 4 Months Later I quite paying because AFFIRM believes return is against policy. I cannot get batteries back from Lithium Battery because AFFIRM has taken their Loan Back. AFFIRM is threating collections and complaint web site says its been over 60 days.
Lithium battery Company has been in contact with me about product, return, return of monies back to AFFIRM and lack of communication with AFFIRM.
Lithium Battery 8/24/23 called: "Hi, Mark, this is Amber with lithium battery power. I'm just calling to touch base with you. I'm looking at, um, our account and I don't, um, I don't understand what's going on here. I've received one correspondence from them. Um, but it's looking to me like you haven't received any money yet. I know that the money's been drawn from us and I just wanted to see where you were at with it so that we can figure out what we need to do going forward. Um, on the, as a business manager, I'm thinking of not using a firm anymore. Um, but I'd like to hear some of your feedback. So if you can give me a call back, I would appreciate it. Desired outcome: I have paid $2,500.00 and AFFIRM is wanting balance of $2,500.00. there is charger and gauge which was not granted return totaling $500.00. Im looking for $2,000.00 refund and AFFIRM stop attempting to collect.
