I took in 7 boxes of mostly hardbound books (novels), which includes a box of Classic Learning courses of books and discs like "history of civilization", etc. The classics that cost $75 -$150 per course. Most were in original condition, never been opened. After texting me that they were through processing and ready to pay me, I returned the next day to have them give me my books back, saying they would not buy anything. I took 6 boxes home, figuring they had repacked them into one less box. On arriving home, I realized that they had not returned the entire set of classics. Returning to the store I was they had returned everything and I was in error. All 3 managers on duty said they returned everything after not finding nothing to buy. I left name and number for them to contact me after "reviewing their footage". Still no word. Several hundred dollars stolen from me with nothing to back up my claim.
