Walmart purchased items that were not put in my cart

Hello. I purchased some items along with some wine at the Walmart at 5521 E Arrowhead parkway #03237 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. When I got home I noticed that the cashier did not put the wine in my cart. I went through the normal check out NOT the self check out. I went to the Walmart on 85th Minnesota in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. They told me that since it was alcohol I had to go to the Walmart that I purchased it at. I expressed to them that I could not go to that Walmart because it is clear across the city and I didn't feel it was my responsibility to correct the error since I went through the normal check out so I was not my error it was the cashiers error. Why should I have to be inconvenienced since it was their error. We are in the process of moving out of state so I have extra stress and should NOT have to fight with Walmart over their error. I'm sure Walmart is smart enough to figure this out and make THEIR mistake right with me.

Desired outcome: Please credit my charge card. I have my receipt.

It's Walmart. If you wanted the product back here's an idea: Since it was clearly the cashier's error she can bring it your store rather than sending your customer to do the leg work. Clean up your own mistakes Walmart and don't punish your customers for your error.

Walmart Incompetent Walmart.ca customer support

Three months passed since I contacted walmart. Ca for a faulty $20 e-voucher that they issued & three months walmart. Ca dragged & kept sending me same copy & paste reply with no real effort to resolve. Such a big laugh that an international retail giant is incapable of resolving one simple straight-forward issue.

If I were mr. Gonzalo gebara & ms. Annmarie mercer at walmart. Ca, I would feel huge disgrace & shame having leadership roles in this shameful business

Desired outcome: Resolve issue with no more fuss & delay + an open apology from senior management

Walmart Walmart's Delivery Service and Chinese Marketplace Sellers: A Terrible Experience

Walmart is a popular online shopping destination, but unfortunately, their delivery service is the worst in the U.S. I've had multiple bad experiences with LaserShip, their delivery partner. One time, they opened and used some makeup I bought, and another time, they opened my box of hair dye and poured some out. They even ate some of the peanut butter I ordered!

To make matters worse, Walmart's website is now filled with thousands of Chinese Marketplace Sellers who are lying about their location. I ordered two pet beds that looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. When I contacted the sellers, they asked for a minimum of eight photographs of the pet beds, which was ridiculous. I had to send at least 20 emails to each of these companies to get a return receipt or a refund.

Walmart sells this Asian trash and takes a percentage from their sellers, but they don't care about the quality of the products. They have millions of dollars in the bank just from these third-world marketplace sellers. It's a terrible situation that's stressful and a waste of time.

If you have a problem with Walmart, do a chargeback with your credit card company. It's easy and takes only 10 minutes. You can get your money back, especially if you have a small business. The issuers won't keep working with them if they get too many chargebacks. Walmart is too big, but it's a great option for dealing with terrible service, stolen goods, or items not as described.

Walmart Walmart's 2 Day Shipping Offer is a Complete Sham: A Customer's Nightmare

about their customers. Walmart's 2 day shipping offer is a complete sham. Don't fall for it like I did. I was so excited to find a Hatchimal for my daughter's birthday, and at a cheaper price than Amazon no less. But it turned out to be a complete nightmare.

I placed my order on February 15th and received a confirmation email stating that my item would be delivered on the 17th, my daughter's birthday. But as the day went on, there was no sign of a delivery. I checked the tracking information and it said 'processing' instead of 'out for delivery'. I contacted customer service and was told not to worry, my item should be there by the end of the day. But it wasn't.

I contacted customer service again on the 21st and was told that my item wouldn't be delivered until the 28th. I was furious. I had used the 2 day shipping offer and now they were telling me it would take over a week to get my item. The customer service rep told me that I had used a different shipping method, but I forwarded my confirmation email that clearly showed the 2 day shipping offer.

Despite this, I was offered a 10% discount or the option to cancel my order. I didn't want either of those things, I wanted an explanation and my item in a timely manner. But all I got was the run around. It was clear that the first customer service rep had lied to me and the second was just following a script.

I should have just paid the extra $10 and gotten it from Amazon. They actually care about their customers and do what they say they will. Walmart's 2 day shipping offer is a complete joke. Don't trust them. Don't waste your time or money.

Walmart Walmart's Poor Business Practices and Lack of Empathy: A Disgusting Experience

Walmart, oh Walmart, where do I even begin? I had an experience at my local Walmart that left me feeling absolutely disgusted. I went to the store to ask a manager if I could return my recently deceased grandmother's unopened incontinence products. I had purchased them in bulk with her stimulus fund to stock up on, and now that my grandfather is widowed and severely income restricted, he is in need of different products. I waited for 45 minutes to speak with a manager to make sure that this was possible as I did not have the receipt. The manager I spoke with, Andrew, told me that yes, I could exchange the unopened packages for other products without the receipt.

So, I drove all the way home, picked up the products, and went back to wait in line (again) for another 45 minutes. When I finally arrived at the return cashier, Marsha, who was also a manager, rudely stated, "No, you can't return those without a receipt!" I explained to her how I had just been at the store and spoken to Andrew and was told that I could exchange the unopened products without a receipt for other goods and offered to show her my grandmother's death certificate. To which Marsha's response was, "Well, he's not a manager up here."

I am absolutely appalled by not only the lack of professionalism, procedural knowledge, and empathy displayed by such employees. However, I am outright SICK to my stomach at how much Walmart has and continues to profit off the backs of hard working Americans. ESPECIALLY now that their poor business practices can go unchecked due to CV and the consumer has little to no other retail options.

While millions spiral into poverty due to the developments of 2020, this corporate beast surges ahead plundering billions in profits. Don't be fooled by their corporate public relations propaganda. You will find this corporate MONSTER is quick to point out how they so graciously returned the $12.6 million in gov. Health stimulus funds. Well, that isn't even a drop in the bucket compared to how much they have PROFITED from this great economic scamdemic.

Here's what the company reported for the fiscal third quarter ended Oct. 31: Revenue: $134.7 billion. Walmart's reported net income rose to $5.14 billion from $3.29 billion a year earlier (FY 2019). (That's +1.85 BILLION from 2019) Wal-Mart's grocery sales alone increased 45% or $4,861,000,000 thus securing their number 1 position of the top 8 grocery retailers who have profited BILLIONS whilst small business have been forced to close.

Want to know some more of this caring companies secrets? It's their extensive use of public money. This includes more than $1.2 billion in tax breaks, free land, infrastructure assistance, low-cost financing and outright grants from state and local governments around the country. AND Another report estimates that Walmart and the Walton family?which co-founded the company and still owns a majority share?collectively profit from nearly $7.8 billion per year in other federal subsidies and tax breaks. Just one example of this is the fact that Walmart was is the top four employers of SNAP and Medicaid beneficiaries in every state.

So way to go Walmart. Enjoy the $100 or so dollars you get to keep from my now widowed grandfather who will be going without. Enjoy your billions and corporate kickbacks while the rest of us suffer. All the in the money in the world can't save your souls. #RULES FOR THEE AND NOT FOR WE.

Walmart Walmart Grocery Delivery Service: A Total Disaster!

Walmart grocery delivery service is a total disaster! I was supposed to receive my groceries today, December 15, 2021, but they never arrived. I placed my order online on December 14th and chose a delivery time slot of 9am-10am. At around 9:40 am, I received an email notification that my order was delayed. I checked the app and saw that the driver's name was April, and she was only 4 minutes away from my location in Chicopee. However, the driver's location remained the same for over an hour, and every time I checked the GPS status, the estimated time of arrival changed by another 4 minutes.

To my surprise, at noontime, the GPS showed that the driver was in another state, Somers CT, with an ETA of 27 minutes. I couldn't believe it! I tried to cancel my order online, but the app wouldn't let me, even though the email notification said I had that option. The app said I wasn't eligible for canceling my order because it was "Already Out There, for delivery!" What a joke! Why was the driver in another state with my groceries for the last 3 hours, containing milk, cheese, meats, and frozen vegetables?

I contacted the online rep, and I got a call from an associate online. The guy couldn't understand why the driver was in CT, and he said he couldn't find it by GPS at that moment. I told him that I had been keeping screenshots of the times and locations with time on my phone showing when I checked. He tried to call Walmart, but he didn't get an answer. He gave me numbers to call the delivery department and my store location. I called the delivery department, but there was no answer, and I left a pissed-off message with my number. I called the store three times, but no one answered.

It's nearing 2 pm in the afternoon, and there's still no update or text or call. I went back to the app and changed the driver delivery tip from Walmart's suggested $15.00 to $0.00. I also gave one star and chose the "driver didn't show" option as my reason for rating. I double-checked my tip, took a screenshot, and submitted it. Walmart said, "Got it, no tip for April." At this point, the driver was between CT and Spfld, with another ETA of 27 minutes.

I had someone call me back again, and I was told I had to wait 24-48 hours to see if my groceries ever make it before I could get my refund. Are you kidding me? I couldn't cancel my order because it was already in someone else's car driving all over, and I'm supposed to wait until Friday morning to ask for my refund? Where the heck is my food all this time? Is it really in this person's car all day, all tonight, and possibly tomorrow? Or did they lie to me from the beginning, and my food never left the store yet? The app kept saying that April delivered my order, rate the driver, but right below that, it showed that my order was still out somewhere. Seriously?

I will never order groceries again online, and they can keep their "FREE DELIVERY" to themselves because this is a total nightmare! I'm writing this at 9:08 pm, and I still haven't received my food. Thank god I changed the driver's suggestion tip from Walmart to $0.00; otherwise, she would've gotten tipped for absolutely nothing!

Walmart Walmart.com's Terrible Customer Service Experience: A Warning to All Shoppers

I had a really bad experience with Walmart.com that I feel like I need to share with everyone. I bought a digital movie on January 1st and I expected to get it quickly since it was a digital product. But I didn't get it even after 24 hours, and I didn't even get an order confirmation email. So I contacted Walmart's chat support, but they couldn't help me with digital content. They said another team would contact me within 24 hours, but they didn't.

So on January 4th, I called customer service to resolve the issue. They told me that my order was stuck at processing, but they didn't know why. They said they would report my issue to the management team and I should get my movie within 24-48 hours, but I didn't.

On January 5th, I called them again and they said there was still a problem with my order and they would have to escalate the issue. They said I would get my movie or a refund within 2 hours, but I didn't.

I called a third time on January 6th and they told me that my issue couldn't be solved and my order would have to be cancelled. But by the end of the day, I still hadn't received a cancellation email or a refund, and the status of my order on the website was still showing as preparing order.

So I contacted them again and they told me that my order had already been delivered and if I wanted a refund, I would have to dispute the claim with my financial institution. But I hadn't received my movie yet, so I asked to talk to a manager. The manager, Douglas, wouldn't give me his last name and kept saying that the order had been delivered and he couldn't refund the money. When I asked to talk to someone higher ranked, he said there was no one on the floor or anyone else I could call.

The last interaction I had was by chat and they said it should take 48-72 hours to get the movie or for them to issue a refund. At this point, I just want my money back and for this whole ordeal to be over.

It's crazy to me that they were willing to lose a customer over $4. On my end, it's not about the money, it's about the principle. If you take my money and don't give me the product I paid for in return, you're basically stealing from me.

I don't plan on purchasing from Walmart ever again, and I'll make sure to share this story with anyone who mentions Walmart. You've been warned!

Walmart Walmart.com's Website Change Ruined Curbside Pickup - A Disappointing Nightmare

Walmart.com used to be a great way to order groceries for curbside pickup or to have items shipped to your home. However, in the latter half of 2021, everything changed when they combined the sites. My biggest disappointment is with the grocery curbside pickup, and I haven't used the site at all these days.

Since the site was changed, ordering groceries has become a nightmare. When you search for an item, all the options show up. For example, if you type "peanut butter" into the search bar, you'll see over 1,000 results, and then you'll have to click again to specify that it's curbside pickup you're interested in. You have to repeat this process for every single item you're searching for, which can drive you crazy.

Before the change, I used to do curbside pickup at least three times a month at Walmart, and the parking lot was always full of others who had also placed orders. I loved curbside pickup because it created more hours in a day. I could sit down at my computer or on my phone in the evening or early morning, choose the grocery items I needed, and then pick them up on my way home after work. I found that I was cooking healthier meals because I was less exhausted by the time I arrived home, and I had more time to cook because I hadn't spent 30-90 minutes trekking through the store. Another bonus was that I could order many items throughout the store. I'm not a tall person, so if I have to lug something like a folding table or play yard into a rolling cart, lug it back into my car, and lug it up the steps when I get home, it's a giant pain. Being able to just lift the item once is a great savings of time and energy. And on top of all this, I could refer back to the site to see what I had purchased and when, which came in surprisingly handy. When COVID hit, there was the added benefit of fewer people in the store, especially for those working there who had to deal with germy customers all day. Something else nice was that Walmart did a fantastic job of hiring people who were helpful and friendly. I am sad to say I often didn't find the same caliber of staff inside the store (although obviously that doesn't apply to everyone). I found myself recommending Walmart curbside pickup to many, many people.

But not anymore. If I ever recommended Walmart curbside pickup to you, please know that I retract my recommendation. Now I drive by, and the curbside section of the parking lot is deserted. Why, Walmart, why did you make this change? Did you put someone's relative in charge of the website, and they thought it would look prettier that way, without considering the complete lack of functionality? The website has literally become useless, and I haven't shopped Walmart in about three months now. That's nine to ten times that my local Walmart lost my business, and from the looks of things, you can multiply this by hundreds of other shoppers who feel the same. And that's just in my town. I'm guessing throughout the country, you can multiply this by at least thousands of shoppers. It's as if they hired someone for the Walmart website who's intentionally trying to sabotage them.

Please bring back the old website, or at least separate out the curbside grocery pickup items from everything else. You originally implemented a great, useful feature and gained a lot of business from me. I rarely shopped at Walmart before curbside pickup. Now you have lost my business entirely, Walmart. At some point, someone is going to say, "Gee, revenue's really taken a dip. Maybe we should analyze why." And then perhaps they'll realize the revamped website was a terrible move. Hopefully, it won't be too late to win back business by then. Currently, Walmart is two thumbs down for me.

Walmart Walmart Automotive Department: Irresponsible and Unhelpful Customer Service

I went to Walmart Automotive department on Sept. 28, 2015, to have a new battery installed in my 2009 Honda Accord Coup. Unfortunately, I couldn't go with my wife as I was undergoing therapy for a recent above knee amputation. We planned to sell our vehicle to assist in costs that we will be having as a result of my amputation.

My wife dropped off the car and went to the grocery area to shop for some items. While paying for those items, she was paged over the store PA system to come to the Automotive desk. She thought that the vehicle was ready, but when she got there, the service manager explained to her that one of her authorized Walmart service men was driving our vehicle into the shop area when another vehicle cut in front of him, causing him to swerve to avoid hitting that vehicle. In doing so, he hit another vehicle with our vehicle! The damage was not bad, and Walmart would look after all the damage as it was their fault entirely, as it was a Walmart employee that was driving our vehicle. The service manager, knowing my wife was upset, asked the STORE MANAGER if she could 'comp' the battery. Apparently, the Store MANAGER told the automotive manager that NO, it might 'appear' to be 'bribing' my wife, in somewhat terms, and they could not be shown to be doing that.

I found all this out when I went back into the Walmart store on Oct. 17, 2015. I asked to speak with the Store Manager and was told that she would be see me in Automotives, but she never showed up... wonder why?

My wife was upset and realized that the damage was more than just minor. She was contacted by an adjustor working for Walmart who promptly asked my wife to drive around and get estimates. My wife, who is on disability for depression related issues, could not drive to do this, so she had her father drive her to get the estimates.

The estimates were for approximately $3,900 & $3,500. The adjustor emailed us back (on Oct. 20,2015) saying that they were prepared to close this case, offering us $2,850. He said that some parts were new and he would not accept having that and had to depreciate a number of parts. That was their final offer.

I spoke with this person via phone on Oct. 22,2015. I explained to him that our car was in immaculate condition, low mileage and that we were selling it, thus wanting a new battery to make everything perfect. He did not even offer us a rental vehicle while ours was being repaired (he did concede this only after I brought it up and made my argument). He said that Walmart accepts complete responsibility for the accident but that was all they would pay, final offer.

I asked him to take the vehicle themselves (Walmart) and have it repaired and brought back to us in prime condition and you can guess his response... it was a no, not possible.

So I now ask YOU... is this the way for a multi billion dollar company to provide 'GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE', to offer basically 73% of the cost of having it repaired by a reputable company... making my wife and I come up with approximately another $1000 to have our vehicle fixed? We had nothing to do with this accident. Walmart was 100% responsible and acknowledged this. WHAT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS!

I could see if we were somewhat responsible, but we were not! But wait, maybe we were, my wife did take it there... maybe that is the mistake and part responsibility that we are being forced to accept.

Be careful! Just because Walmart says they are responsible, they STILL WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE TO SAVE THAT MEASLY $1000 FOR THEIR PROFITS! BUT WAIT, THEY DID MAKE A SALE IN HAVING MY WIFE PAY FOR THAT BATTERY!

WAY TO GO WALMART! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

NOT!

Walmart Beware of Walmart.com's MarketPlace Items: A Review

I gotta say, I like Walmart.com a lot, but I gotta warn you about the MarketPlace items they sell. With the holidays coming up, you gotta be extra careful when ordering from these vendors. See, Walmart just takes your order and sends it straight to the MarketPlace vendor, which is usually some company in China. And if you have any problems with your order or want a refund, you're gonna have to jump through a lot of hoops to make it happen.

First off, you gotta make sure you're ordering from the MarketPlace. You can tell by the word "MARKETPLACE" in the item title. And once you've placed your order, you gotta check the delivery date. It could take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to get your stuff.

Now, if you find out something's wrong with your order after you've placed it, you're gonna have to go through a lot of steps to get a refund. Walmart won't issue it to you directly. You'll have to wait for the vendor to call you within 24 hours to talk about getting a refund and canceling your order. And when they do call, it's gonna be someone in China or with a heavy accent. They'll be polite, but you gotta be clear that you want your refund and an email verifying it.

And even if you call Walmart.com right after you've placed your order, you can't cancel the MarketPlace item. You gotta wait and go through all those steps to get your refund.

But that's not all. The photos of the items and the actual items don't always match. And the descriptions are usually short or missing altogether. You might not get the accessory that's supposed to come with the item, or the item might not be what you thought it was. And if the description doesn't contradict what you got, you might not be able to get a refund.

I've ordered items that didn't look anything like the picture, but I didn't bother getting a refund because the description was so sparse and the price was low. And sometimes the description is just plain false. Like a handbag that's described as "leather" but arrives as plastic.

Sometimes the vendor will communicate with you via email, but it's not always easy to understand them. And sometimes they'll ask if you'll accept the item at a lower price. But I say don't do it. It's not worth the hassle.

Even if you decide to keep the item and give it to a thrift store, it's usually a disappointment. So be careful when ordering MarketPlace items on Walmart.com.

Walmart Walmart.com: A Complete Disaster - Negative Rating of -5 Needed

Walmart.com is a complete disaster. I wish I could give them a negative rating of -5. I made the mistake of ordering a same-day pickup online, but the website didn't mention that I could only pick up my items at the end of the week. I was willing to wait, but then I received a text midweek saying my items were canceled. Confused, I went to the store to sort it out. The customer service was terrible, and the employee only brought out two items when I had ordered seven or eight. He said that was all they could locate in the store, even though I had chosen that location specifically to ensure the items were there. I was so frustrated that I canceled my entire order and went through the store to find everything myself. I ended up spending more money than I had planned, and the customer service at the register and door was just as bad.

The next day, I checked online to make sure everything was canceled, but I saw that three items were still shipping to the store. I contacted customer service, and they promised to escalate my refund. However, when I checked again a few days later, the items were still in my cart, and I had $246.00 in Walmart charges on my debit card. I contacted customer service again, and they told me I had two options: go back to the store to cancel the items or wait seven days for them to be automatically canceled. I asked for the number to corporate, but they claimed they didn't have it. I called Walmart.com and spoke to a supervisor named Samantha, who called the store on three-way to try to cancel the items. They still couldn't cancel them, so I had to go back to the store myself.

When I got there, two employees tried to tell me they couldn't cancel the items from there, but I reminded them that I had no choice. After switching registers and getting help from another employee, they finally canceled the rest of my order. But the problems didn't end there. When I checked online again, everything said it was canceled, but I still had a balance of $19.78. I called customer service again, and they promised to escalate my matter to refund me the difference. However, I'm not confident that will happen, given my previous experiences.

This has been going on for about a week now, and I'm still missing money from my order. I'm calling out Walmart corporate to make it right with me, but I doubt they'll care. This experience has made me never want to shop at Walmart again. I hope this review helps someone else avoid the same frustration. If Walmart reads this, please look up my order and contact me at ***@gmail.com.

Walmart Walmart's Poor Inventory Management Causes Customer Frustration and Anxiety

I used to work at Walmart for many years and was in charge of inventory. It's not that hard, you don't even have to be good at math. For example, if I have 10 boxes of corn dogs, I would enter 10 boxes of corn dogs, maybe even less, just to make sure that if a customer ordered online, they would get their corn dogs. However, Walmart seems to struggle with this simple responsibility that is crucial to providing good customer service.

I have had multiple experiences where Walmart takes my money from my account to pay for an item, but then sends an email 2 seconds before delivery saying they had to substitute the item. Then, I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get my money back, even though they should have been the one waiting to take my money since they didn't have the item in stock. This could have been prevented if they did their job and did their inventory correctly.

It's frustrating and stressful to deal with this kind of situation. Grocery shopping should not trigger a panic attack and cause so much anxiety. I feel like I should be put back on payroll because I have to babysit my orders from start to delivery to make sure everything is correct. Even after delivery, I have to sit on chat waiting for a service representative or bot to act like they are finding a solution.

To make matters worse, Walmart has the audacity to cancel my order without contacting me first. No one has the right to cancel my order without my permission. They should do inventory and have counts correct rather than making customers unhappy by taking their money and giving nothing in return. It's absurd that they expect customers to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund.

I worked at Walmart, so I know that corn dogs and bagged ice are not seasonal items. It's ridiculous that they would try to justify their poor service by saying that these items are seasonal. If there are 40 bags of ice in the ice bin, what season is that? It's just an excuse for their lack of customer service skills.

Walmart needs to admit when they mess up and check into processing refunds immediately. It's not acceptable or legal to expect customers to pay for goods that they do not receive. If inventory was correct, all of these issues could have been prevented.

Walmart Grocery delivery orders that inconvenience in-store shoppers

I am really tired of the associates filling home grocery delivery orders completely disregarding the customers that are at the physical store. I understand they are helping other customers but it is at the cost of those who have taken the time to drive to, get a cart, walk through the store, and may have done this because they are also on a time-line. They are constantly in the way, pushing their big carts in front of what I am shopping for with no apology. I then have to wait for them to find the items and push onto the next thing which I am also likely to need. When I am looking at a specific item and comparing and then choosing which product I want, they are impatiently hovering in the background making me feel rushed and irritated. They block up the aisles making it hard to maneuver through them and other customers who are also frustrated and also waiting. I think the online customers should have to wait and have their orders filled during the evenings and overnight so as not to bother the immediate customers in the store. It doesn't help when associates stocking shelves make it more congested.

Desired outcome: My only choice is to move to Woodman's. Their shelves are well-stocked & they are polite. I will shop at Target for clothes, etc. which is more expensive but worth it for their consideration and respect.

Walmart Walmart Personal Checks: Poor Quality and Disappointing Customer Service

So, I just got my personal checks from Walmart and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with the quality. The print on my checks is all faded and hard to read. Plus, the name and address aren't even centered on the check! And don't even get me started on the font size - it's so small, I can barely see it!

I tried contacting customer service to see if they could help me out, but all they did was give me a lecture on security management techniques. Like, what does that even have to do with my checks being messed up? And when I brought up the font size issue, they just made more excuses and didn't offer to fix my checks or give me a refund.

Honestly, I'm just so done with Walmart at this point. If you're thinking about ordering checks from them, I'd say stay away. This check printing company is just bad news.

Walmart Disappointing Experience with Walmart Checks: Late Delivery and Rude Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Walmart Checks. I ordered some address labels way back on March 5th, and it's now March 30th and they still haven't arrived. I called them up last Friday and they said they'd send a replacement on Monday, but I still haven't seen anything from my original order. So I called them up again and asked for a refund, but the lady on the phone was super rude and snobby. She even laughed at me when I told her to cut the attitude! I mean, come on, that's just not cool.

Anyway, it's now April 4th and I still haven't received my labels. I did ask for a refund, but it hasn't shown up in my account yet. I'll update this review if it does. The customer service rep also told me to keep the labels if they do eventually show up, which seems kind of weird to me. And as for the supposed replacements they were supposed to send, I haven't seen those either.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with Walmart Checks. I was really hoping to get my labels in a timely manner, but it seems like that's just not going to happen. And the customer service experience was just terrible. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Walmart Disappointing Service from Walmart Checks: 5 Weeks and Still No Checks Received

I recently ordered some checks from Walmart Checks (walmartchecks.com) and I have to say, I am not impressed with their service. It has been a whopping 5 weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't received my checks. I contacted their customer support team to inquire about the status of my order, but they were unable to provide me with any information whatsoever. They couldn't even confirm whether or not my checks had been mailed out yet.

This is extremely concerning to me, as somewhere out there, someone may have access to my banking information. And yet, Walmart seems to be completely clueless about what may have happened to my checks. I would strongly advise against using Walmart's online ordering system if this is the kind of service they offer.

To make matters worse, Walmart claimed that I had agreed not to be able to track the shipment of my checks. This came as a complete surprise to me, as I don't recall ever agreeing to such terms. Why on earth would anyone order checks and not want to be able to track them if they get lost?

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Walmart's lack of transparency and accountability in this matter. It's hard to believe that a company as large and well-known as Walmart would operate in such a careless and irresponsible manner. I would caution anyone considering using Walmart Checks to think twice before placing an order.

Walmart Walmart Checks' Terrible Customer Service and Delivery Delays - A Warning Review

I ordered some business checks from Walmart Checks on December 14th and I paid extra for two-day UPS delivery. It's been over a week now and we still haven't received any packages. I was really frustrated and decided to contact Walmart Checks customer service to find out what was going on. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was connected with Cindy. She didn't seem very helpful and just kept giving me lip service. She even got a bit offensive and started talking back to me. She said she would give me my delivery money back and told me to go pick up the checks myself. After all her bickering, she finally told me that I would get the checks on December 26th. I don't think she ever intended to call UPS to find out what was going on. This is the worst service I have ever experienced and I would never order checks from Walmart Checks again. I definitely don't recommend them to anyone.

Walmart Mixed Feelings About Walmart Checks: Affordable but Low Quality and Hidden Fees

I recently ordered checks from Walmart Checks (walmartchecks.com) and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the one hand, the price was definitely the cheapest I could find online. Plus, the ordering process was pretty simple and they offered free shipping. I received my checks in about a week and there were no errors on them.

However, there were a few things that I didn't like about my experience. First of all, the processing fee is per box and it's not listed until you get to the checkout page. This was a bit frustrating because I didn't realize I would be charged extra until the very end of the process.

Another issue I had was with the quality of the checks themselves. They felt thinner than the checks I get from my bank and the images on them looked faded. I later found out that this is because Walmart checks are printed on recycled paper and soy ink. While I appreciate the effort to be environmentally friendly, I wish the quality of the checks was a bit better.

Finally, the perforations on the checks were poorly done and I had to be careful when tearing them apart. This was a bit annoying because I didn't want to accidentally tear a check in half.

Overall, I would recommend Walmart Checks if price is your number one concern. However, if you're looking for better quality checks, you might want to look somewhere else. Despite the negatives, I still think Walmart Checks is a decent option for those on a tight budget.
