Walmart Glitches really bad

The app does work sometimes but there are times where when I got to clock in or out that it won’t accept it and sometimes glitches and won’t let me clock in or out or allow me to start/end my meal breaks. Everything else seems to work fine though. My main concern is the clock in and clock out. My badge doesn’t work and this app is the only way for me to clock in or out at this time. It was just this morning I clocked out and it said it took it then I loaded back into it after I had left the facility so I could check my schedule and it told me there was an error with my clock out time and therefore I had to turn around and go back to the facility to clock out. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me and it really is quite an inconvenience. Please fix ASAP!

Walmart Missed the mark

I’m not sure what the app designers were going for but this app needs major work. Everything I would want or need the app for, this app can’t do. Want to check your paycheck? You can’t you have to go to Walmart one. Need to call in an absence or a tardy? You can’t, you have to go to Walmart one. I work in the distribution center and we’re not even allowed to use the app to request time off. We still have to fill out paperwork. Need to put in time for a vacation day? You can’t our distribution policy is that you have to put in time specific time as in I work a 10 hour shift so I have to put my time request in from 6:00AM to 4:00PM. You can’t do that on this app it puts your request in as a 24 hour time off request automatically and you can’t fix it! These are just a few issues I’ve found with the app I’m sure there are more. I would love to recommend this app to my coworkers but I can’t.

Walmart Please please please fix viewing the schedule

Please please please please please fix viewing the schedule! It's nice to be able to see the full week of schedule so that you can take a screenshot and send it to other people so that they know what your schedule is. It is also nice to be able to take the screenshot of the next two weeks so that they are in sequence in order and your photos. I don't know what the point of having view your full schedule is if it's only gonna show you just that day. You can see what you were scheduled for that day because it shows right on the homepage . Resorted to trying to download it on my iPad. That did not fix it. Even tried logging into Walmartone. At last resort I have to sign into the wire at work and take a photo of the screen so that I can have Saturday-Friday saved. Working in pharmacy and is frowned upon therefore I have to go out back just to get a photo of my schedule. For the whole week. Another glitch with this app is I cannot access the time clock on this app clock in or clock out.

Walmart Frozen White Screen Glitch/App Not Working

So a few weeks ago I was trying to help a customer find a product on the app but it was taking a really long time to load so I decided to try uninstalling the app and redownloading it because that usually fixes the problem but ever since I did that, every time I try to go in the app it’ll make me agree to the terms of service, ask whether I wanna enable my location and notifications, and then it just does a blank frozen white screen… And when I say a white screen I’m talking like the entire screen.. like there’s nothing to click on. I’ve tried refreshing the app, uninstalling the app then redownlading it, turning my phone off and on like literally nothing fixes it. I thought it might’ve just been a problem with my phone because I had an iPhone 6 at the time which is pretty old but I just got a new iPhone SE and I still have the same exact problem I did before so it’s clearly something to do with the app. Like the app is quite literally useless to me now because I can’t use it at all.

Walmart Me at Walmart

I’ve worked for the company for 7 months. I was hired for stocking associate. My first day they stuck me in the freezer. So my job was to pull items that were needed and put them on the shelves. Also to put the overstock items back into the main freezer. Let me say I did the job amd figured it out. So I was stuck where no one wanted to go. It’s brutally cold at -10 degrees in the main freezer. Also stocking the shelves is cold. But the problem is they don’t provide you with cold weather gear. That’s on you. So all the other employees get a nice cushy job while you freeze in the clothes you brought. So you have to buy your own gloves and jacket and hat. No reimbursement. Then come to find out that no one wants to work that department. You are on your own. It’s cold and the work just piles up. There is no way one person can do the job. Oh. And if the job isn’t done…they reprimand you. Lol I put my notice in yesterday. What a joke. And this is the company that brings you your food?

Walmart Pathetic App!

I have installed, deleted, reinstalled, tried every combination of troubleshooting I can possible think of, and even today with a new 7.3 version, logging in on iPhone, diverted by App to also log in with Walmart.com, responded to a security code on cell phone, until finally it still errors out, “Error failed to retrieve user info” ... URG! Several times I have gone through all this and still have been UNABLE to utilize this “new” App... So, have also deleted this “new” App several times AND successfully re-installed the OLD App several times... the OLD App works fine, even with the warning the App is going away... URG! Funny, even now, in order to send my review, I can’t seem to pick a required “nickname” that isn’t already “taken”! I’ll try “Befuddled” ... Zero Stars! Nope, befuddled is taken too... “Annoyed” ... I’ll try that. Nope, that’s taken too... ZeroStars! Nope, allegedly that name is taken too?!?! Exasperated... Nope, that’s taken too. Pathetic? Nope. Irritated? Nope. Nope? Nope. 30years? Nope.

Walmart So need a shift swap who’s actually off

It’s impossible to shift swap with another person it only shows who’s working that day not who’s off! If a funeral comes up or a surgery , or get sick! suddenly we have to ask around to swap then , Even if we had asked off for spouses surgery ! we have to find A CSM to approve that’s not to busy to listen then we have to wait . Sometimes it’s the night before surgery or funeral before we get relief from our shift, that’s so not fair, the stress of what we are going throw & then waiting to be swapped . All of us are just as important as the next !
We understand it would still need a approval . But it could literally do some of the leg work without so much stress ! Cashier face so much of COMSTOMER s stress we get the brunt if it’s a bad day if it’s a good day we certainly are glad ! But to deal with wait and if we can ask off when it’s our family ! We don’t like to have to call in and say I m not coming in today because of surgery or funeral or sickness!
Swapping shift should not be so much stress!

Walmart Trouble since the last update…

This app is great but ever since the iPhone version of this app has been updated, it has been giving me trouble. Ever since the last update, it can’t get Walmart time so I can clock out or in for a meal. It also can’t update my status on whether or not I’m clocked in or not. It also can’t bring up anything when I try to search for an item in our store to do a price check. As a result, I have had to delete the iPhone version of the app twice in the last 48 hours and then reinstall. That only helped temporarily though. So, I have to do all this on my work phone (using the android version of me at Walmart). Usually my work phone is super slow and doesn’t work as good especially on the me at Walmart app. But, it has been more reliable lately than the iPhone version. Also, lately on the iPhone version, I could be in the center of the store and it gives me a proximity alert when trying to clock in or out. Need this fixed.

Also, I recently did a training that said we’re supposed to be able to do receipt checks (at the door) using the me at Walmart app. But, upon trying this out, checking a receipt doesn’t seem to be an option and it should be available under where it says “returns”.

Walmart please fix your app

everything i list is a problem not only i, but every associate in my store has had with this app. the biggest issue is with it being very slow. there have been numerous times that i have had problems with the app upon clocking in that caused me to be late and have to use my ppto to cover. many problems with it saying “proximity error” whilst inside the store and attempting to clock in, usually takes several tries to get it to acknowledge that i’m in the store. “unable to get time zone” is another pop up i get often as well as just flat out refusal to accept my time clock punches. lots of issues with the “item information” scanner, again, mainly with it being very slow. there are many times when i will scan a item and it will say “unable to get item information” or do something along those lines. has issues with linking to a printer for case labels and/or will print the labels incorrectly. sometimes the scanner will not scan barcodes at all. here lately i’ve had a lot of issues with the app randomly crashing and also with the screen continuously loading when trying to print a case label. all of these app issues make my job very frustrating and take time away from doing my job effectively. a lot of these issues are not new and have been going on for months. it’s disappointing for a multibillion dollar company to produce a app this faulty for its associates. please do better walmart

Walmart Great start!

I updated to the new version yesterday and tried the mobile time clock; this is such a well rounded and much needed advancement for this app and for our core job functions. I felt so much more at ease knowing that I could clock out without walking all the way back to the back of the store to do so. It was nice to know I had options for that. While the MyTeam tab is stuck on loading (hoping this will be fixed in a future update because I want to try the walkie feature) - the schedule portion of the app is nice and I really enjoy using Ask Sam; I would love if in the future; you could say “Hey Sam” and talk to it just like you would any other voice assistant (i.e Siri) and I definitely want the inventory management features integrated; curious to see what great innovations come next; I’ve heard rumors about AR being used in a newer inventory concept where you point the camera to the top stock or the bins and it highlights what needs to go to the shelf...if this is true; that is incredible and I’m excited for it! Thank you Walmart for doing things to make our jobs easier and for bringing some fun back into our experience. Keep it up! PS: Please make the time clock load times and submissions faster; it takes on average between 37-40 seconds for my punches to go through; fix that and the My Team tab being stuck on loading and you would have a definite 5 star app...also; are we going to get support for Dark Mode? Would love to see this across all of our work apps and the Walmart app too

Walmart Broken app

The app is completely broken for me at this point. Once I open the "ask sam" thing and search for an item, I can't actually open it. Which means I can't check availability, sales, whether or not it's clearanced or deleted- a SIGNIFICANT function of this app is just gone! Including actually having a barcode to scan instead of having to hand type in every single UPC. And it's ONLY my phone doing this, my other coworkers have it work just fine. And I'm using a company provided phone, which makes it even worse! Can't make YOUR app work on YOUR phone? I re-signed in, restarted the app, restarted my phone, and I even uninstalled and reinstalled it, and guess what? Still won't work! Garbage app by a garbage company. If you want us to be able to do our jobs you MUST give us a working app that doesn't have bugs so bad it bricks my phone. There was nothing wrong with inventory management, there was nothing wrong with the time clocks. These should have stayed. My job has only gotten more difficult and more tedious without inventory management. It shouldn't take me 5 minutes to clock out from the moment I open the time clock to the moment I can actually clock out, because if your phone loses internet connection for even a minute, it signs you out, which means you have to sign back in, wait for your 2FA to go through, finish signing in, and then maybe it'll be connected this time. Sometimes I have to forcibly crash the app several times before it finally connects to the internet and I can clock out. If I had somewhere to be after work I don't have the time to waste MINUTES trying to clock out, when the timeclock took seconds. Swipe, hit a button, you're good to go. Now you gotta open an app, sign in, open the timeclock part, hope that you're connected to the internet and the time clock is actually updated to your time, and clock out from there.
Make your app work. There's a reason you have a majority of 1 star reviews. Billion dollar company can't even make a working app. Shameful.

Walmart More of a hindrance than it is helpful

I don’t mean to sound dramatic, but I’d rather be catapulted into the sun than to have to use this app. It’s just the worst. First, the time-clock rarely works correctly. It often won’t allow me to clock in, saying “you aren’t scheduled for 12 minutes”, and it does this sometimes even when I’m returning from lunch. I don’t know if it’s by coincidence or design either, but our electronic time clock on the computer will not allow me to clock in under any circumstance since the app came out. But it will accept all other punches. Secondly, what good is the swap shift mechanic if I can’t even see the other scheduled shifts? Unless I’m at work looking at the schedule it’s pointless. If I had access to the entire schedule on the app then I would know who I could potentially swap with. Thirdly, the microphone is on by default when the app is open. Why? I don’t use it and the switch ought to keep it off until I switch it back on. Fourth(ly), no one, at least at my store, uses the in-app chat. When they posted a paper in the break room promoting it we all rolled our eyes. When I need a member of management ASAP, for whatever reason, I shouldn’t have to rely on a chat room that resembles a graveyard full of “hey someone needs something in jewelry” messages from weeks ago. No one checks them in real time, and I’m not about to enable notifications from work on my personal device. No. And finally, my app logs me out every other day. Then I have to sign in, wait for my confirmation text, then create a new pin, all before I can access the app functions. What good is this when I’m trying to get clocked in? It’s made me late before and I’ve had to do a time adjustment just to hear our HR give me heck over it. Not only that, but when I’m on the floor and need to access it quickly, I have to stop and deal with that. Not cool. We didn’t ask for an app. We didn’t need an app. We’ve had, I don’t know, maybe 4 different ones since I’ve been an associate. In the ten minutes or so that it took me to write this the app has re-scanned my face 3 times. What is the deal? Hard pass.

Walmart A Frustrated Review of Walmart Grocery Delivery: From Stolen Goods to Rotten Groceries, the List Goes On and On

Walmart Grocery Delivery has been a source of frustration for many customers, including myself. While delivery issues are certainly a problem, the issues extend to pickup as well. For me personally, the number of different issues I have consistently experienced with Walmart Grocery is simply astronomical. It sometimes feels like the workers are purposely checking off every possible mistake or mishap that could occur.

Some of the issues I've encountered include stolen goods, employees who list an order as out for delivery when it's still sitting in the store, rotten groceries left for days in the store pickup area, orders that are never actually delivered, zero communication, employees pretending to be answering machines with giggling coworkers in the background, and employees who hang up on customers when they try to locate their order. I've also experienced employees who leave orders on hold indefinitely, rude staff, and rude managers who refuse to address employee issues, or find people who want to work professionally.

I've had to pick up my delivery order numerous times at several local Walmart stores near me due to issues with the team members who often just don't seem to care about their job, you as a customer or your order. On top of the poor service, I've also had broken items, items in ripped bags, canned goods that look like they were intentionally damaged upon arrival, and orders that are supposedly delivered but was stolen instead. The list could go on and on, and while I've experienced most of these issues at my two local Walmart stores, I've also had similar problems at other locations I've tried.

Walmart's customer service hasn't been any help for me either. I had a missing order since November of last year and it never got resolved despite having it escalated. And when I called or tried to get help online, I was refused a refund several times due to confusion over who was supposed to deliver my package. I tried contacting corporate but never received a response. When I went to the store in person, management was nowhere to be found despite having them paged multiple times and waiting around for 30 minutes.

All of these issues led me to switch to Instacart, even though I know I'm paying a bit more for the service. But the difference in service has been worth it for me. I'm getting quality goods, real deliveries, no theft, on-time deliveries (some even early!), and most importantly, polite and professional workers. And that's what every customer deserves, regardless of their location.

There also many similar problems with Instacart's poor shoppers/delivery people, and there are 1000's of bad complaint reviews for them, and even a very nice customer service agent I recently spoke to said there a lot of complaints about them from customers.

And a nice shopper delivery woman from Instacart said that There's always some issue with Instacart.I've experienced these issues myself. Also Instacart charges a service fee in addition to the delivery fee and tip.

Walmart Walmart Grocery Delivery Falling Short on Promises and Accountability

As someone who relies heavily on online grocery delivery services, I had high hopes for Walmart Grocery Delivery. However, over the past few months, I have experienced several instances where my groceries were charged but never delivered. What's most frustrating is that this seems to happen particularly when alcohol is included in my order.

To resolve these missing orders, I have to call the 800 number, report the issue, and wait for a refund before placing the order again. But there's no quick and easy way to do this - I have to manually re-enter all of my items. When I reached out to the store for support, they disclosed that the delivery service is contracted out and unfortunately, these incidents occur frequently. In fact, a store associate even recognized the name of a driver who is a repeat offender for not delivering the goods.

What's worse, the picture that is supposed to be taken upon delivery is just an image of a wall or something else generic, and not of the delivery itself. As someone who spends $150 to $200 per order, I find it incredibly frustrating that Walmart is eating the cost of these botched deliveries without properly holding their supplier accountable. The store's attitude of "this is a corporate contracted 3rd party, so there's nothing we can do" is incredibly disappointing.

I love shopping at Walmart because of their competitive prices and quality products (even the generic brands!), but the inconvenience of having to place and replace orders is driving me away. It's sad to see a company of this size and stature fail to solve these issues with their suppliers. As someone who works in supply chain management, I know how important it is to hold people to the service level they guarantee - something Walmart seems to be falling short of.

Another problem with the service is the way they handle unavailable items. If they don't have the specific item you requested, oftentimes they will just remove it from your order without trying to find a substitute. I've even had bottled water marked as "unavailable" only to find other cases of it in-store afterward! This is a huge inconvenience, especially if you needed that product and now have to make an additional trip to the store.

Lastly, I've had "popular" items go missing from my order, such as candy, bacon, and alcohol. While reporting the issue usually leads to a refund, it's frustrating to have to go through this process in the first place. Walmart needs to stand behind their service and make improvements to their process ASAP.

All in all, while Walmart Grocery Delivery has its upsides, these continuing issues are pushing me to switch to a competitor. For a company of this size and with this much buying power, they can and should hold their suppliers accountable for their promises.

Walmart Unreliable Walmart Grocery Delivery Service: A Review of Multiple Issues and Challenges with the Service

I recently tried out Walmart Grocery Delivery's two week free trial and was excited to sign up for the $98 annual fee after my positive experience. However, after encountering multiple problems with the service, I decided against it. After doing some research, I realized that many drivers refuse to deliver for Walmart on a nationwide scale. Walmart contracts through several third party delivery services like Instacart, Door Dash, etc., and drivers are told they won't have to wait more than five minutes in the pick-up area for orders to be brought to their cars. Unfortunately, many drivers report having to wait 30-45 minutes for an order, making them late on their other deliveries. As a result, many drivers select the "block Walmart" option on their delivery app, so they never see Walmart orders again.

In my case, I always tip well, and I live near the store. I was excited about Walmart delivery services because they deliver almost anything the store sells, not just groceries. However, with every single order, I encountered issues. Every order was a problem, and I was sadly forced to cancel my free trial. I placed four orders, and the first order never showed up, despite two hours of phone calls to customer service. The driver canceled, and they couldn't find another driver before delivery closed for the night. A nice young man at the store was helpful, though, and the manager authorized a refund and a $95 Walmart gift card as an apology.

I re-ordered everything and received my delivery the next day. However, my second order was canceled without explanation, and the app claimed that I had canceled it when, in fact, they had done so. I paid for express two-hour delivery, but there were no drivers available. On my third order, I didn't receive a delivery because the store didn't have enough employees that day to shop for the delivery orders. The manager canceled every delivery and pick-up order scheduled for after 6 pm that day, and once again, my money was refunded.

My final attempt was order number four, which also got canceled without any notification. When I checked the app, it said my order was on its way, but it wasn't. I called the store, and they told me they had no drivers available.

Overall, my experience with Walmart Grocery Delivery left me frustrated and disappointed. I understand that the pandemic has created challenges for everyone, but the lack of available drivers and communication about cancellations made the service unreliable. I hope Walmart will address these issues in the future to provide a more consistent service to its customers.

Walmart Mixed Experience with Walmart Grocery Delivery: A Blessing for Physically Disabled and Elderly Individuals on a Budget, but Lacking in Customer

As a physically disabled and elderly individual who is on a fixed budget, Walmart Grocery Delivery has been a godsend for me. Despite the $20 delivery fee and tip, which can add up, it is worth it to have my groceries delivered right to my front door, especially since I live less than a mile from Walmart. However, my experience with the service has been mixed.

Out of the six times I have used the service, there have been two great experiences, two satisfactory ones, and two extremely frustrating ones. As someone who struggles to walk or push a cart for long periods of time, getting from my car to the front door of Walmart can be excruciating. Additionally, I am at high risk for COVID-19, and even though I am vaccinated, the new strain makes me nervous. For these reasons, I prefer to have my groceries delivered.

During my third delivery, despite requesting delivery to my front door, they left everything in my driveway, making it difficult for me to bring everything inside. Today, I was scheduled for an 8-9am delivery, so I made sure to clear the path, move my car, and leave a generous cash tip on my front door. However, at 8:41am, I received an email saying my order would be delayed, and at 9:01am, they cancelled my order without asking if I wanted to reschedule or waiting an hour or two. As someone who checks their email infrequently, I only caught the cancellation because I was waiting for the delivery. It felt frustrating and inconsiderate.

Despite my negative experiences, I do appreciate that Walmart Grocery Delivery provides a valuable service for those who have difficulty grocery shopping. However, Walmart's lack of customer service is a significant issue for me. The last time I went into the store to buy a neck massager for my wife, I spent nearly an hour wandering around, trying to find it. I asked multiple employees for assistance, and even when one checked their device for me, they directed me to an area of the store where the massagers weren't located. It was a frustrating and painful experience that left me feeling furious at Walmart.

In conclusion, Walmart Grocery Delivery has been helpful to me, but there are significant areas for improvement, particularly in customer service. It would be great if Walmart could better train employees to provide guidance in-store and provide more transparent communication with customers about delivery delays and cancellations.

Walmart Walmart Grocery Delivery Service in Butler, PA Fails to Meet Expectations: A Customer Review

The Walmart Grocery Delivery service, available at grocery.walmart.com, has unfortunately not met the expectations of a customer in Butler, PA. Despite having shopped at Walmart in-person without issue, this customer has yet to receive an order that fulfills their entire list. Furthermore, they have noticed that some substitutions that could be made are not being offered. Comparatively, the customer has had better experiences with the Instacart service, which allows for real-time communication with the shopper while they are completing the order, ensuring that substitutes are satisfactory. The fact that Walmart, a company earning significant profits, is unable to provide a more advanced platform for customers is frustrating for this user.

Aside from these ordering issues, there have also been problems with tracking the delivery driver. The tracking system has not worked reliably, on one occasion even indicating that the driver was still at Walmart when they were already at the customer's home. Another time, the order was erroneously displaying as "still shopping" while the driver was already en route, causing confusion for the customer. Additionally, the customer has encountered situations where drivers hired by Spark, a third-party service provider, have been undependable. Specifically, their order has either been lost, or the driver did not arrive on schedule, and the order had to be reassigned by Walmart. It is concerning that Walmart cannot guarantee a delivery driver for such a frequently used service.

The most alarming point that the customer made was that Walmart is charging customers for their subscription service monthly, but has failed to provide the service accordingly. There was even an incident where the first delivery was sent out but could not be assigned to anyone operating under Spark, the contracted delivery company. The customer's neighbor, who was employed by this service, attempted to accept the delivery but was unable to do so due to its "unavailable" status. The customer's order was being passed from delivery driver to delivery driver, but no one could accept it. To add insult to injury, drivers who do arrive are sometimes ungrateful and greedy when it comes to their tip. They have complained on Walmart's Facebook page that a $10 tip is not enough, which is unreasonable considering that the customer is already providing compensation that covers transportation costs and a little extra. The customer, having been a food delivery driver themselves, has expressed confusion and frustration with this behavior.

In conclusion, the Walmart Grocery Delivery service in Butler, PA is not operating up to standard. There are too many issues with order substitutions, tracking, unavailability of drivers, and ungrateful delivery people. The customer deserves better service than what they are receiving, especially since they are paying a monthly subscription fee. Walmart needs to improve their delivery service experience for their customers or risk being viewed as unhelpful, unreliable, and greedy.

Walmart My Frustrating Experience with Walmart Grocery Delivery and Walmart+ Subscription

As someone who has been using Walmart grocery delivery for over a year now, I've had a bit of a mixed experience. While I've had a few orders that have gone off without a hitch, the vast majority have been riddled with issues that have made the entire process incredibly frustrating. Missing items, late deliveries, drivers canceling without notice - it seems like every time I place an order, something goes wrong. Even worse, there's essentially no communication to keep me informed of what's going on. Customer service is a nightmare; the few times I've been able to get through, I'm usually put on hold for ages or transferred to someone who can't help me.

I've been using Walmart+ for a while, but given the ongoing issues, I don't think I'll be renewing. The inconsistency and general lack of reliability makes it feel like a waste of money. While I will say that refunds have been handled well when I have had to call customer service, it's frustrating to have to constantly be chasing down my orders and dealing with these kinds of setbacks.

One of the other big issues I've had is with tipping. While I'm happy to tip the drivers who deliver my groceries, there have been multiple times where the app has glitched out and I haven't been able to leave a tip. When I brought this up to Walmart, their response was basically that the drivers don't need a tip, which isn't really the point - it's a nice gesture to show appreciation for someone doing a service for you. It's frustrating to have to run to the bank for cash just to be able to tip.

Overall, I'm considering switching to another delivery service like Instacart or Amazon because Walmart's logistics just aren't cutting it. There needs to be more transparency and communication around the delivery process, and the company needs to do more to improve the overall reliability of the service. While it might work for someone who doesn't care when or if their groceries show up, for anyone looking for a more consistent experience, I would have to recommend looking elsewhere.

There also many similar problems with Instacart's poor shoppers/delivery people, and there are 1000's of bad complaint reviews for them, and even a very nice customer service agent I recently spoke to said there a lot of complaints about them from customers.

And a nice shopper delivery woman from Instacart said that There's always some issue with Instacart.

Walmart Disappointed with Walmart Grocery Delivery: Late, Damaged, and Moldy Orders

As someone who is dependent on grocery delivery services during the pandemic, I am deeply disappointed with Walmart Grocery Delivery (grocery.walmart.com). My recent order was a complete disaster - late delivery, defrosted frozen foods, missing items, moldy cheese, pre-opened milk, and even an item that made me sick after eating. On top of this, I've had repeated issues with almost every order in my history of business with Walmart Grocery Delivery, and no one has ever offered to fix any of the mistakes by redelivering missed items, nor have they offered me any kind of compensation for my troubles.

This experience is not unique to me. I've lost count of the times I've received damaged packages or out-of-date food, and have had to throw away so much money and food that it has put me in a difficult financial situation. I've even had orders that were never delivered at all, and support was unable to do anything about it. Furthermore, the prices of some items have skyrocketed and certain popular items are consistently out of stock, making it difficult for me to even feed my cats enough every month.

It's clear that Walmart needs to improve their quality control and site design, as well as hire more people for delivery services. As a former employee, I can attest to the fact that they run their workers into the ground, and this needs to change. Overall, I am deeply unsatisfied with Walmart Grocery Delivery, and I urge others to look for other options for their grocery delivery needs.

To Walmart Executives Years ago, I met Sam Walton. Sam told me his motto was "customer always right and for the customer to be happy and satisfied with Walmart service". This is the image he wanted to project. What happened to that image. Customer Service (CS) no longer cares about the customer. I ordered a Tek Pow Portable Power Station Solar Generator...

Jacob, asset production associate stormed over to me son, with no name badge, dirty clothes, looked like a bum. My son thought at first this guy was going to jump him! Instead, this jacob, 6'4 hispanic fat with dirty clothes no name badge demands my son come with him accuses my son of stealing even tho he had receipts of what he just purchased in his hand! Then, jacob threatens to call the cops on my son.. For nothing! Jacob also said, my manager misty will be waiting on your call.

I guess if he is undercover he really wants to be undercover by dressing like a bum. But you should have let him call the police on your son, then have had him charged with grabbing your son.

Unfortunately, more so than not, as soon as people get leadership positions they all do the same and treat regular employees like dirt. And should these regular employees report to another manager, they get fired. Take Walmart in Norton, VA… horrible! The overnight shift leadership are a clique of clowns who don’t work and actually drag the company down...

Several times now, I have gotten home to find spoiled juice, cracked eggs, uncooked rotisserie chicken. I always see the trucks just sitting in tthe Walmart lot and I wonder how long the food sits there, from the long time it takes to ship it to Walmart. This stuff is not cheap and it is not worth the gas to return it and to be stared at by associates, who says that this is not their problem.

Walmart Walmart grocery delivery service, Red Wing, MN Store

I ordered groceries online at the Red Wing, MN store. I was missing items ordered and paid for, plus a tip. The items were in stock. I contacted the delivery person, and she said that she had the items in her car, and if I wanted them, I would need to drive to another customer’s address to pick them up. One

of the items was for my families’ supper that night. When I expressed my disappointment over not getting the items, the response I received was, oof, that’s a bummer. What? I would have appreciated being told the next steps that would be taken to make my issue right. Very unprofessional.

Desired outcome: I would have appreciated more professional results when dealing with my complaint. Very disappointing.

Walmart 9.8 inch 16:9 Widescreen 270 Rotatable LCD Screen home car TV DVD

I purchased this online with one of your third party companies. The item did not work from the moment it arrived. to me

Dear customer,

Sorry to keep you waiting so long. We've received your request, and I've reported this to the relevant department. We will try our best to address your problem,if any update I'll keep you informed ASAP,please kindly wait.

I never heard back from them.

so I filed a complaint through Paypal

Over a month of the seller not responding to Papal I was finally told a few days ago I have to return the item at my expense with tracking. Cost of postage is ridiculous and it will be over $50 to ship the item back, and even then it didn't sound like I was going to for sure get a refund.

You have a third rate horrible company selling under your brand name, and I want a resolution. I can bring the item to a store. But I will not spend MORE money on postage to lose again.

I do not deserve to have a non working sub standard item sent to me when I paid good money for it.

Claimed loss: Over a month waiting for a resolution.

Desired outcome: Full refund
