I've a customer of Culver's for several years now since they open a chain in Lehigh Acres, Florida. But lately the last two times I ordered my dbl. bacon deluxe burgers and my orders have been messed up. I like to point that your menu is not exactly pocket friendly, in fact is more expensive than most fast food joints. Add to that fact the poor service and you'll be losing loyal customers like me. So, back to the dbl. bacon deluxe burgers I ordered, the meat so over cook it was almost charred and there was no bacon on either one of the two burgers I purchased. Sadly this the second time this happens.
Desired outcome: Coupons for free food
