I have ordered from Temu in the past and there were issues of breakage because of cheap wrappings. Last week of December I ordered from them twice and not only did they take my money they canceled my orders after I sent them my documents that they requested. I have yet to receive my money back from them. I called Temu and spoke to customer service representative and she assured me that she will send the second order to me and when I saw my email, they canceled my orders even after getting my documents that they requested. I want my money back. Please see below.

Desired outcome: I would like my 2 payments back to me for $160.71 and $158.49 = $319.20. If customers submit their documents to you as you asked you should not disrespect them and cancel their order and not pay them their money back that is crooked.
My payments to buy anything from Temu is impossible. My account has been frozen for the last 5 months. They won't accept any of my credit cards. I have been trying to have this issue fixed, but haven't received any Positive correspondence. I wish I could get some help. Thankyou

I sent items back no refund, they come in a bag yt when returning order they have to be boxed, not fair. I've paid for items, has taken forever to be delivered. Broken promises & false support from temu.
Oder some shoes from Temu for 85.95 got to me they was plastic shoes and not the one I order and the was 2 sizes too big Pluse was not the shoes I order you can not talk to anyone they should not be able to sell anything in USA found out the coming from china I want to send back I want my money back
On 13 December I paid £26 99 for a pickleball bat. The money has been taken out of my account and I haven't had an email confirming the purchase and the bat has not been delivered.

I have not received my parcel, even though I have shown proof that evri have mis delivered and taken responsibility they are refusing me a refund, I have contacted evri and they have taken responsibility and said temu should refund me but there refusing

I get message from courier person and now it's 3 days no order received. The courier person does not reply my calls its off but he is active online on whatsapp.

This is the second complaint I have written. I sent 2 Tshirts and a cap back on 21st of September. The Tshirts had funny comments about the Grandma of a little boy.
